Simply an angel in customer service you rarely see in these times and I been across ON. She exceeded all expectations so I'll lay the cards on the table to my experience. The burger is a must try, it's really really good - can't quite put my finger on how the beef is seasoned each morning, but it's fresh and really you just need to try it once if you into good meat - my words and pictures will do it no justice. I ordered frings with it, which were perfectly cooked - darn near golden, almost brought me back to my childhood it's been so long to get such a natural flavor chip and onion ring. I will be back soon to treat my family and I hope she's back next year as this is my new favorite spot. For warning the Donna burger is filling, and is a huge as it looks in the picture - so I recommend Plain-Jane burger for those with lower appetites. I did not try a poutine but as soon as I do, I'll update. The prices are beyond reasonable for what you get, I really can't emphasize what a bargain this place is. Everything was cleaned spotless too, she really cares for her establishment. I did not notice anywhere to sit and eat nearby, so I won't factor that in this review (I have my own portable picnic table for use). Thanks for serving and chatting with me, look forward to it again. And again... Possibly again after that..?

The service was fantastic! Donna is very friendly and personable, taking the time to talk with customers. The portion sizes are extremely generous. We had the pulled pork on a bun and chicken strips with fries. The gravy was to die for, we couldn't believe it was vegan! Definitely would recommend this hidden gem, we can't wait to go back!

OMG I just ate donnas burger from lakefield and I had to stop in Burleigh falls to take a nap before I made it home to apsley, absolutely one of the best tasting burgers I have ever eaten in my life. the two handmade patties (which could be eaten as a meal on there own)are so well seasoned, are perfectly complimented by the thick cut slices of bacon, pemeal bacon, and two slices of real cheddar cheese. topped off with lettuce, tomato, onion and a sour dill pickle. if you live within a half days drive of here, and you haven't had a burger from donnas, your cheating yourself of one of the greatest burger experiences on the planet. thanks so much Donna, I have a new favorite place to come, my kids can't wait for me to bring them there after hearing about why I was late getting home from work yesterday as I slept away in Burleigh. it should come with a side of pillow.

the food was absolutely incredible - everyone enjoyed their food, great portions, great flavour and great ingredients made well. food came hot despite a fairly lengthy delivery, too! we had the thor dogs, burger, chicken strips and poutine - all were fantastic. will definitely order again.
