The omelettes, hash browns and treats at Double Dz’s were all excellent. I have been to this location now a few times. Each time, the customer service was great and the food was fresh. They have also renovated the inside of the establishment. The wood accents are a nice touch.

***Update*** stopped in for breakfast with family and the place was packed! The food is always homemade and delicious and this is now my favourite breakfast spot! The renovations look beautiful and really create a warm atmosphere. As always the staff is amazing and friendly. I always recommend this restaurant to everyone I know.. it’s a real treat.

Double D’s is one of the eight participating restaurants competing in the United Way’s Ultimate Burger Challenge 2025 so I ordered their “Big D’s” Burger and fries. Wow! Was I surprised on how much food I got. It was delicious!

Food is great with extremely large portions. One of the cons about this place is you can't get any egg dish after 11:30. Also it's good that you get good portions as it is a bit pricey.

My son and I stopped here on our way home from a volleyball tournament yesterday, just looking for a quick snack to hold us over until we got back to Stirling.
So happy we stumbled upon this place! Excellent service and the friendliest staff. The veggie wrap was incredible, and my son absolutely loved his chicken bacon ranch poutine.
We also ended up grabbing half a dozen donuts to take home for the rest of the family — and they were a huge hit.
We’ll definitely be making the trek back up to try more on the menu! Highly recommend.

It must of been late in the day but l went in asking if the coffee was fresh and it was not . No matter how much cream she tried to put in it was still dark.Oh well. But they did have some great tasting pastries.
Breakfast bagels are literally to die for. Been addicted to breakfast bagels my entire adult life and these are by far the best I’ve ever had. Five gold stars!

Donuts are good, lots of kinds to choose from. However, we sat down for breakfast, and service and food were not good. Coffee was not topped up and we waited over an hour for two eggs Benedict. Unfortunately, the breakfast was left under a heat lamp for some time before serving which left a thick film on our food and was inedible for the price of the food.
