Just had a fantastic lunch here, highly recommended! The only thing better than the food is the staff and management. Everybody was so friendly, if you haven’t been here.. what are you waiting for?!?

My family and I went there tonight for dinner, there must have been a mishap because we didn't get our food on time but the manager and the staff went above and beyond to accommodate us. We will deffinatly be back because of the service.

The waitress had attitude from the start, didn't seem to want to be there. The restaurant was empty yet it took so long to get our ceaser salads, they came with barely any dressing burnt bacon and dry croutons. The bread also took it's time. We didn't get appetizers, we were told when receiving the bill that they were making them so we could bring them home with us to which I responded no Thank you. The restaurant itself is disgusting, torn benches, dirty walls and extremely dirty floors, my sandal actually stick to the floor under table. Just Gross!!! Will NOT be back and I don't recommend anyone else go there either..

This location is definitely a hit or miss. I have been and everything has been amazing, and ive had tines where it has been pretty gross. The most recent time I went the waiter avoided me and my mum like the plague. The service is never over the top, but the food is generally pretty good. If you are wanting to go, I would recommend going when it is less busy.

Had a great dinner tonight to celebrate my birthday. Our server was Sam. He was fantastic. There was 7 of us in our party and Sam did a great job. Our food came out hot and delicious. We will definitely be back!!

I have been to many East Side Mario's across Ontario and this by far was the best one I have visited. The service was phenomenal, always checking in to see if we needed something, bringing drink, salad and bread refills quickly. The restaurant was packed (Saturday evening) and the service was still top knotch- this usually isnt the case at other chain restaurants when its busy. The entrées came out piping hot and plentiful! Many other restaurants of this same chain I have found the menu items do not come as they appear - this was NOT the case at this location. The meals were just as they were pictured and tasted amazing! So impressed by this location - will definitely return if we are in the area again. Highly reccomend!
