First time ever having fire house subs! And let me tell ya! The gentleman that toke our order was so patient, helpful and very professinal and supper friendly! Which I love also that some profits go to first responders etc! My sub was amazing! Me and my fiance have always went to subway for subs and today? We decided something differant as subways not nearly as good anymore! But we both area if we want subs we will be returning back to the fire house for subs for now on! Over all better quality in all ingrediants and a awsome customer service there as well! If i could id give a 10 star!!!!

They got our order wrong, was told we would get a refund then they said refund is not avaliable, will not order from them again.
Went cause we wanted some good food and they were open on christmas day! Staff was wonderful and food was quick! Definitely will be back, thanks guys!

The new server we had sure didn't want to be there. Leaning on the counter and not interested in what was going on. Not asking if we wanted anything extra for drinks or if eat in or take out. Almost walked out for the poor service. I love firehouse Subs or I would have left. Very very poor service.

There's some really nice guys that work here. Sometimes they're really slow though. In the oshawa location they ALWAYS welcomed you when you walked in the door. This location never does.

Have been here numerous times over the last year inquiring about gluten free buns and they are NEVER in stock. Don’t advertise something you don’t have.

Great and friendly service
Got the pepperoni meatball sub. It was quite good. A little customization would be good. Sub bun was better than most places. Kind of worth the money.
