Never disappointed
Great and friendly service
Got the pepperoni meatball sub. It was quite good. A little customization would be good. Sub bun was better than most places. Kind of worth the money.
The reason for the 3 star review is that we have been there twice, and both times, they messed up the order
The second visit to this location, they tried to make good for the first visit mistakes, but just like the first visit, the lack of communication between the order taker and sandwiche maker is non existent
It could possibly be the language barrier. im not sure
The food is delicious 100%, but when asking for things not to be on the sandwiches, even saying it 3 times when ordering we probably won't be back
Do not go to this firehouse subs. We ordered custom subs and they completely ignored and disregarded everything we said. When we brought home the subs and nothing that we'd ask for was on it and I called the store to complain. Their response was to make us drive the 20 minutes back into town to return the subs after making a send in pictures of the sub to confirm that everything was missing. When we were in the store we asked the guy if everything was in the bag and he said yes, upon looking he had forgotten the Oh jousauce that came with the subs, his response was to call the manager who completely disregarded our complaint. I have contacted head office. In addition the containers of the sauce only had a tiny little bit in it, When I asked for apple juice he handed me orange juice, and I asked for black olives on the side and was handed a container of banana peppers.. yet it's our mistake. I'm not sure what kind of Mickey mouse operation is being run at this store but it's absolutely ridiculous. Make sure to check your food before you leave. The guy was extremely rude, and basically called my husband and I a liar. I'll be calling head office. Look at the pictures below. This is a standard sandwich. Very disappointed.
