All in all it was a decent meal. I ordered the beet salad with added tofu and they did a great job making it crispy and flavourful. The salad was quite large, making it feel close to worth the $27 price tag, and they were generous with the added protein and cheese. But I ordered a salad because they only offer one entree/handheld that is suitable for vegetarians. Since they already have tofu on their menu, I asked if they could sub it for chicken in a different dish, and the answer...
