Birria quesa is delicious! Have been twice so far and both times have been a great experience. Food is honestly phenomenal and very reminiscent of authentic Birria but with what feels like a more modern twist. The staff is wonderful, very respectful and brings your food right to your table. The atmosphere suffers due to the loud fan that’s always on, the music becomes hard to hear due to the fan. Other than that the decor and general atmosphere is actually extremely pleasant! It’s definitely more of an expensive place, expect to spend around $30 a person for tacos, a side, and a drink

Ghost Taco delivered in terms of quality food for a reasonable price. That had a range of delicious options. We tried both birria options, fried chicken and baja fish tacos. None disappointed. We were walked through every option by the owner and felt very welcome. The ancho fries we tried were delicious as well, spiced perfectly and paired great with the rest of our meal. If you can definitely give them a try!

We pulled up to eat here after friends said it was good and with three staff members present. The young girl kept in looking around like lookouts and then began eating out of a big stainless steel bowl. They were goofing around in there, touching food eating from it and then when we saw people walk in they served out of that bowl!!! Will be speaking to management, this happened at 3:18 pm Sunday November 17th 2024.
Edit: owner is claiming nothing happened but my sister saw it with her own two eyes. We have no reason to lie and are just truly concerned about the public’s health. She saw this girl do this a few times. The also saw both the male and female staff balancing boxes on their heads while we were on the phone. Maybe don’t eat here as they are now reporting my review to Google to cover this up.

I am genuinely impressed, the tacos were absolutely delicious. Great veggie options as well and possibly the best guacamole I have ever had - I certainly recommend trying it out - very very friendly staff to top it off.
