Harvey's makes your hamburger a beautiful thing. Great burger fantastic service the young lad was great.

Waited 20 minutes in drive-through, and another 10 when the order was punched in wrong. This Harvey’s is usually really good on drive-through and in person! There was definitely a couple frustrated vehicles in the line behind me. Need to train the staff a little better.
The older lady at the cash last night was very friendly last night (November 5th), but the young girl putting toppings on the burgers just slopped everything on the burgers. Very messy! She did not care about the customers. Almost like she was acting like we were pigs! Not happy!

Staff were friendly. They were courteous of both walk-in and drive- thru times and orders. You can visibly see them make the food, in a clean kitchen. Staff were generous and exact when building personalized orders and the food is always great as expected. The only recommendation would be to send someone out to clean the dining tables. It was rather empty, but quite a few dirty tables and benches.

Store was kind of messy, slow service due to being under staffed. Bun on burger was wrong but not a huge deal. Bathrooms were messy and the toilet was unusable.. overall needed better staffing

Disappointed with this location
We were invisible when we walked in. No one acknowledged us for at least 5 minutes. The person working the drive thru was also working the front cash. No help from anyone.
Order the grilled chicken burger - it was over cooked, burnt on outside. And it was small compared to the ones we get at the London ON location.
Will not be going back here when we come back for a visit
So disappointed, the fries were cold and old, the gravy had huge lumps in it and my burger had so much pepper that I couldn’t eat it. What a waste of $75, horrible will never eat there again!

Service at the drive thru was terrible, I left and went elsewhere
Update: 1 year later... In restaurant, they tried to charge to a full burger when I asked how much for another 2 patties (was willing to pay for patties) we left again without finishing order
I wonder how many customers Harvey's is losing or has lost permanently because of this type service

Honestly, I have been to many Harvey's around Ontario (Sarnia, London, Oshawa, Brampton), and by far, this Harvey's is the best one. It's super fresh, and I can tell the difference in the Peterborough location. This place always hits the spot and I am never disappointed here

I had a very disappointing experience at your location this evening. I was there to pick up an order and waiting for more than 20 minutes instead of being nice and appreciating for my patience your coworker named loveleen was so rude and had nonsense to talk with me in front of all of people. Actually on what basis did you guys hire her she did not even have any basic customer service skills at all. Loveleen, was extremely unprofessional. She lacked basic customer service skills—she was rude, dismissive, and seemed completely uninterested in helping me. Her tone was disrespectful, and she didn’t demonstrate any courtesy or manners throughout the interaction. This level of service is unacceptable and reflects poorly on the brand. I hope management provides better training and oversight to ensure customers are treated with respect and professionalism. I am thinking is she even suitable to work in at such place ? where you needs to be so professional, friendly and respectful towards your customers. If I had a choose I will gave her most negative rating of my life. Her behaviour, tone was unacceptable. Kindly requested to the authority and the manager to teach her how to talk at least with people and customers of her own community.
