I had a very disappointing experience at your location this evening. I was there to pick up an order and waiting for more than 20 minutes instead of being nice and appreciating for my patience your coworker named loveleen was so rude and had nonsense to talk with me in front of all of people. Actually on what basis did you guys hire her she did not even have any basic customer service skills at all. Loveleen, was extremely unprofessional. She lacked basic customer service skills—she was rude, dismissive, and seemed completely uninterested in helping me. Her tone was disrespectful, and she didn’t demonstrate any courtesy or manners throughout the interaction. This level of service is unacceptable and reflects poorly on the brand. I hope management provides better training and oversight to ensure customers are treated with respect and professionalism. I am thinking is she even suitable to work in at such place ? where you needs to be so professional, friendly and respectful towards your customers. If I had a choose I will gave her most negative rating of my life. Her behaviour, tone was unacceptable. Kindly requested to the authority and the manager to teach her how to talk at least with people and customers of her own community.

Pre ordered at 6:02. Arrived 6:10( was to be ready at 6:11). 5 staff members, not one greeted or made eye contact with me. Food sitting in the warm rack already, but I was not served until 6:16. Food was cold by then. Very disappointed, Harvey's used to be very very good

Love their burgers n fries. This is the 2nd time we've ordered pick up and went to enjoy our meal back at home only to discovered they didn't add any of chicken strips dip. It's not a huge deal but it just kinda sucks not having any. We went in a few weeks back and one of the workers must've been pms'ing or something cuz she seemed to be in a Bad mood (hey, I get it gurl, it's not a big deal. we just felt more bad for her poor coworkers)
So word of advice: be that jerk that checks your bag before driving home 🙂

I love Harvey’s food, but the service at this location is very poor. I waited for my meal for 45 minutes. Staff were arguing behind the counter, very chaotic and not run well. Harvey’s is one of my favourite fast food places, but because of repeat negative experiences at this location, I don’t come. The lady that is always behind the register is very nice and seems to be the only one in there that knows what they are doing

This location has really fallen off in quality. The burgers are always dry and burnt and seem like they have been sitting for ages. The deep fried pickles are burnt and dry too and you wait an eternity both in the drive through and in store. They are perpetually understaffed and whoever is managing this location (or maybe it’s the owner) has let one of the best Harvey’s I’ve ever been to become the absolute worst.
