We placed two mobile orders and ended up waiting for over 1 hour for the second order to be completed even though they were placed at the same time. Also didn't get the milkshake we ordered as the machine was out of order with no details on to get a refund
Adding more to this as Harvey's appeared to care but however this was just for show and appearances on the negative google review. I have since had to fill out multiple forms and feedback to be spammed by a ticketing system saying expecting a response back from me when no one has even commented back. This goes to show that the problem is not only at the restaurant level but customer service is not a priority at the cooperate level either. For the amount I pay here and the time I always have to wait I am much better off supporting a local business and having a nice sit in dinner. Will have a much better experience and hot fresh quality food.

October 24, 2024 approximately 11:10pm, I went to this location after work and received exceptional service from a hard working individual, I can't recall his name but his customer service, and effort was incredibly important to making my dining / drive through a great experience. This individual took his time into making sure I had a perfect order and great tasting food. I will certainly be coming back due to his awesome customer service and great effort into his job.

I ordered a large poutine from here this evening. I was expecting a pretty decent size for $13.00 I came home and it was not even filled up half way. There was more gravy then fries. I am definitely not impressed. I was expecting a decent size poutine and it was literally a small poutine. I could of got a bigger poutine at McDonald's for $5 bucks.

My go to spot after a camping trip. Employees are friendly, efficient and speak English. Kudos to the staff member working the kitchen single handedly when I visited yesterday afternoon (July 15, 2 p.m.). She deserves a raise for pumping out dozens of orders for the drive-through and the in-restaurant guests. Great job!

I went to the 1040 Lansdowne location I had a huge order for seven it was an amazing experience. I went in there with a big order and they no problem help me Ariel behind the cashier Julia the manager was there. Jared was making the burgers. I asked him their names. I told him I was going to get them a great review they were clean. They were respectful, very polite. Very happy. Great great place to eat. Very happy. Thank you.
