Went through the drive thru and had Jenin at the window. He's amazing, very friendly great service. He apologized for my wait, even though I didn't have one. He was happy and I enjoyed the interaction. Great worker

Sending a complaint for an order that was unsatisfactory goes on deaf ears as the receipt has no ID number as it was cut in half and certainly not from our party. They order was off and the food was barely edible starting with dry buns. Extra olivives, the only topping not ordered on any burger. And when I say extra, we get the hint. I thought harveys makes a burger your way. We felt bad so just made it easy and said everything but black olives. Anyway just a heads up when ordering. Sucks for cooks that take pride in customer service

DON'T RECOMMEND THIS PLACE..I can see why there was no one in the restaurant. Are family had the original burgers absolutely disgusting not one of us liked them they where cold and the patties where paper thin. Didn't even taste like meat I felt sick all afternoon after eating there deffently not the Harvey's it used to be..

I went through the drive through yesterday afternoon just after 3 pm for some onion rings. I was met at the window by the most pleasant young man with an infectious smile. He made sure I had every thing I wanted and sent me off with a merry Christmas and a big smile. I wish I had got his name. He made my day happier!
