The staff at Harvey's are what makes it the amazing experience that it is. The staff who are all kind and hardworking really care about the customers experience the food is great and the location by the lake is awesome too, it's nice to sit and look out the window as you enjoy the meal. The staff really care about the service ,the food and the community

Was at this location yesterday, and an order got mixed up, which happens. The one cooking was the in charge supervisor and she should be in a position that does not require human interaction.
She was very rude and tossing things around, one poor girl it was her first day and when she went to say something, this lady who you put in charge was rude and cut her off, stomping around. I was waiting for her to drop to the floor and kick and stomp her feet as she was acting like a toddler.
Her actions caused orders to back up and others to actually leave.
Another young lady stepped up and got things on track while she went to and stayed in the back.
You, like everyone else are in the bussiness of people,and in your business customer service. So treat people like people, we all make mistakes, you have put a boss in place, not a leader.
Remove that boss lady and promote the leader that stepped up and lead.
You have a great bunch of people there who deserve to be lead, not bossed.
PS..when asking who was in charge and for a manager "your boss" would not engage, but instead went to the back leaving those she was there to support to engage, which they did, give them a leader.

The service was horrible I ordered online and my pick up time was 6:45. I watched several customers come in order and receive their food after I was already standing in the pick up line for 5 min after my pickup time. I had to ask 3 or 4 times they kept saying we are waiting on fry’s and new customers came in and got fries. A worker asked what I was waiting for I told him before I fished talking he was talking to someone else and cut me off. Horrible experience:/

UPDATE: Harvey's head office and customer service team reached out to me after reading my review. They immediately apologized for my negative experience, asked for specific details to investigate further and provided free items on my next visit. I was extremely impressed with the level of customer service and response. This says to me that they are a professional company that cares about their customers.
Placed order via app but were unable to order Dr pepper with no ice. Also couldn't order a kids burger without getting a combo so had to go in and place a 2nd order separately. Food wasn't very hot so not too tasty. Onion rings weren't cooked long enough. Not a fan of the angus burger. Atmosphere is horrible. Building is old and outdated. Rough looking crowd outside due to the homeless camps nearby. Clientele is pretty low income. Picnic benches outside are right next to the drive-thru so you have people watching you eat/order. Not enjoyable.
Wheelchair accessibility: A couple wheelchair parking spots near door. Wheelchair buttons to open the doors are broken so you have to manually open the doors which defeats the whole purpose.

Exceptional work guys!!!!! My partner and I came into the establishment for food and they absolutely amazing. Not only they were the accommodating during a dinner rush but also had great customer service as well. Thank you so much !!!!!! The food is excellent!
