Called in a small order and it was ready soon as I arrived and very tasty
I've been to both locations and the food is delicious 😋 I've had the Halibut and also the Haddock. They are both excellent but you can get a lot more ordering the Haddock. 2pieces for the same price as one Halibut. Because you get so many fries a two piece Haddock & chips order will feed two people easily for about $10 each. An excellent value. I highly recommend Pervey's Fish & Chips. The staff are really nice and welcoming. Please support your local businesses and give them a try. You won't be disappointed!!

Good serving size, great taste, and amazing hospitality. They make everything fresh..the only flip side which restaurant ppl should work on is upkeep of the washroom.

This place is and always has been one of the best establishments in Peterborough. Friendly and fast with the best fish and chips in town. Giver a try. You won't be disappointed.
Went to purveys yesterday got table in seating area. Server there slow and very unprofessional. Ordered drinks and food. She seemed like she do not want to serve us. I ordered a beer. She came back with beer she spilt it on floor. She put paper on floor. She came back with another beer and used her dirty shirt to take the cap off. I never exprience such bad service. Left paper on floor at my feet. If Jeff Purvey was there he would b very upset. To bad. Used to b the place to go for fish. But on the good side fish was excellent as always. Service was terrible
I loved the decor, felt like an east-coast restaurant. I had the fried chicken and it was very good. Large portions, I could hardly finish it. Super yummy!

Ordered a family dinner last night when ordering we asked for extra lemons go pick up our order and again asked for a lot of lemon get home to my surprise two tiny peices of lemon haha what a joke.
