First impressions - Was warmly greeted by the front staff and right away smelled the delightful food being cooked in the kitchen. Great way to build up an appetite! The complimentary bread with olive oil and balsamic vinegar was mouth watering and a nice teaser for the delicious meals to come. We had a lasagna and a medium meat lovers pizza. Very good portion sizes and excellent food altogether. This is our new go to spot for Italian food!

Since I moved to Peterborough, my husband and I have tried different restaurants but we fell in love with Jim's Pizza and Pasta, they have the best Caesar salad in Peterborough, all the food is delicious, everyone is very friendly there, the prices are very good, the place is nic and in the summer it has a beautiful private patio!

I’ve always been a big fan but tonight when I arrived in the parking lot and realized I had lost my wallet the staff went above the standard of service I was able to pay my bill via email on the spot ! One can’t imagine the embarrassment but the wonderful staff worked with me without judgment ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ unbelievable experience.. also I recommend the lasagna It’s incredible thanks guys !❤️

We had pizza - Jim’s Combo. The crust was perfect. Crispy on the outside, soft on the inside. A generous amount of toppings. Service was second to none. We’ll definitely be back.

The front end is super respectful and prompt but the kitchen staff was being super disrespectful to the servers right in front of the customers. I will not be coming back because I can’t believe they would treat their staff so awful.
Amazing service from the front greeted quickly and kindly but heard yelling in the kitchen and kitchen staff coming to the dining room and speaking loudly and rudely to servers. I’ve also seen multiple employees look very uncomfortable from how they are treated and wish I could just give them a hug. I would NOT recommend if you want to have serves who look sadden from the place they work in because they workers above them are rude individuals

8:58 pm , Friday evening we knocked the door , it says open . For first two minutes the ladies keep coming towards the counter but did not open the door it was locked from inside . Then one lady came out and turned the open sign to closed . And she said sorry we are closed is that okay . People were sitting inside , it was not even 9pm . What do we call this ? RACISM ? Be careful stepping into this store , it was so embarrassing.
