Really not impressed with anything I got. Ordered a bucket meal to go.
When I got home. (Live out of town)
I was shorted 3 pieces of chicken amd my gravy. Tried calling to let them know amd no one even answered the phone.
This kfc is terrible and the service was terrible as well. Spent $60 and didnt even recieve everything in my order.
Won't be going back. Waste of money.

We had a very disappointing experience with KLC. It has been over 1.5 hours and we still haven’t received our order. We kept calling repeatedly, but no one answered the phone. Their support/helper system is also not working.
The restaurant was about to close, yet there was no response from their side. The payment was deducted, but there is no option to cancel the order or request a refund.
This level of service is completely unacceptable. Very poor customer service and no accountability. We expect either our order or an immediate refund.
After waiting 35 minutes for our order we get home with cold stuffing and no gravy.... Horrible experience... Can't believe this passes for KFC Canada quality.

Attempted to order from them. The app crashed after payment. Called the store the man on the phone said use the app. Told him it crashed he said they don’t take orders so use door dash. Won’t buy from this location ever again. (Family of 10).

Staff is very unbothered about serving the customers all the orders taking forever I’ve had to wait 28 minutes for the food they are busy just chatting staff does not bother to attend the customers

My husband and I just had the worst experience. There was no front desk associate to take in order as we entered , so we waited. It was around 6 in the evening.Even after waiting for a while and people in the kitchen saw us waiting, no one bothered to attend us. So finally, we used self-ordering kiosk, the very next moment some customers came in and the Indian girl from the kitchen(who saw us)came out to help those customers. After all the other customers who came after us were served, we got our order. Rated two stars only because the food was fine but the customer service was worst
To be honest with you the hundreds of 1-2 stars are crazy . For my experience it was good your food it came out fresh and the chicken wasn’t even that greasy at all and the chicken was nice and hot and the fries weren’t saggy . The staff was nice and friendly and there was no rotten things . The staff have gloves on and switch them when they take out the trash . Diff coming back good job kfc

They do not have enough staff at peak hours. They should stop taking orders if they cannot serve people in time. I have never in my life waited so long in any restaurant to get my order. Avoid if you do not have at least an hour to wait.

What happens to salt? KFC flavor? All i tastes was oil in big crunch and popcorn chicken. Some days there is so much flavor and other days it bland as can be.
