After waiting 35 minutes for our order we get home with cold stuffing and no gravy.... Horrible experience... Can't believe this passes for KFC Canada quality.

Attempted to order from them. The app crashed after payment. Called the store the man on the phone said use the app. Told him it crashed he said they don’t take orders so use door dash. Won’t buy from this location ever again. (Family of 10).

My husband and I just had the worst experience. There was no front desk associate to take in order as we entered , so we waited. It was around 6 in the evening.Even after waiting for a while and people in the kitchen saw us waiting, no one bothered to attend us. So finally, we used self-ordering kiosk, the very next moment some customers came in and the Indian girl from the kitchen(who saw us)came out to help those customers. After all the other customers who came after us were served, we got our order. Rated two stars only because the food was fine but the customer service was worst

To be honest with you the hundreds of 1-2 stars are crazy . For my experience it was good your food it came out fresh and the chicken wasn’t even that greasy at all and the chicken was nice and hot and the fries weren’t saggy . The staff was nice and friendly and there was no rotten things . The staff have gloves on and switch them when they take out the trash . Diff coming back good job kfc

They do not have enough staff at peak hours. They should stop taking orders if they cannot serve people in time. I have never in my life waited so long in any restaurant to get my order. Avoid if you do not have at least an hour to wait.

What happens to salt? KFC flavor? All i tastes was oil in big crunch and popcorn chicken. Some days there is so much flavor and other days it bland as can be.

Ordered a pickle sandwich box that’s supposed to come with the sandwich, the pickle chips and popcorn chicken but where’s the fries that’s supposed to come with it?? I wasn’t even asked if I’d be fine with something else so you just assumed I’d be fine with the coleslaw.

I worked in fast food for 4 years and normally I’m not one to leave reviews which I totally understand if you had no fries cooked but next time simply ask instead of assuming out of respect as this shows nothing but pure laziness!

Went through the drive thru: didnt receive the side that I ordered...strong language barrier. And the pieces of chicken were such a mystery. Just random chunks of the chicken. I had cartilage in one piece, half a wish bone in another and ribs in the rest. Just so wrong. Never returning.
