Walked in and walked right back out. The place was dirty, the smell was awful, and it was uncomfortably hot inside. I honestly don’t know how this location is still open. KFC really needs to review this place it was a complete mess.

To the franchise owner, you need to do better for your staff and customers but mainly your staff at the moment for Having your staff work under the circumstances of no A/C on a hot day just so you can get a buck in your pocket. Even eating in there feels suffocating, could not enjoy my meal.. first it wasn’t cooked all the way (might be because of the conditions) Secondly, it’s been weeks it seems with the conditions.
It should be closed until you fix the situation. Deeply disappointed in all aspects.

Who would want to eat here the outside of the place looks like a barn yard they can't even cut the grass or clean the garbage cans absolutely laziness couldn't imagine what the kitchen looks like

Walked in to order food, attendant was so confidently rude, wasted my time… overcharged by picking the wrong thing. when i made the suggestion to just give me cash change… she had to get someone else to do it, it’s almost like she lost all confidence after realizing what she had to do was simple. I really dislike mean people.. your day is rough doesn’t mean you should pass that on to a customer, i work food service and so i try to be considerate but this was just bad… chicken is fried outside but not entirely on the inside( my guess is rush hour made them turn up the heat on the oil…so it’s not cooking inside properly), i got my food only to find out that i wasn’t given any napkins or ketchup. If it were possible i’d give them 3 stars and just fire the rude girl
This one is great. My drive thru order was taking a while so instead of making me wait in the lane the employee brought the food to me herself! And it tasted very good- the sauce on my chicken burger was delectable.
