When you get fried chicken, you expect it to be Crispy. Not the texture of frying it in boiling water. On top of that, the bucked was pouring oils and fats front the bottom. Honestly worst fried chicken you can eat. If you think KFC has the best fried chicken, you’re lying to yourself and others. Don’t be that person and admit Popeyes is far superior. If you choose KFC, don’t. Popeyes is best.

Food has been good lately, but the fries have no seasoning. How hard is it to salt fries when they are done cooking?
Staff is always accommodating and friendly even when the majority of customers who come to that location are very rude.
It however does feel dingy and not clean in the seating area.

Really gone downhill. Cut the breasts in half...count as 2 pieces...some pieces,?? What part of the chicken is it? Small chunks of breaded bones and a bit of skin. Sad! 😢

I wish I could give 0 stars or even negative! I had an awful experience at KFC after spending $40 on stale chicken. When I informed the staff, they were incredibly rude and dismissive. They asked us to return to the store to fix the issue, but when we got there and returned the bad chicken, they continued to misbehave, speaking loudly and treating us like we were begging for food.
The manager, Maninder Singh, admitted the chicken was stale because it was the "last batch." When I brought up the rude behavior of his staff and asked for the employee's name, he refused and said, "I won’t give you the food if you ask for their name."
We ended up wasting time and money driving back and forth. This location’s customer service is horrible, and I will not be returning. Save yourself the trouble and avoid this place!

I had an incredibly disappointing experience at KFC. I spent $40 on stale chicken, and when I informed the staff, they were rude and dismissive. Instead of resolving the issue, they asked us to come back to the store. When we returned with the bad chicken, they continued to misbehave, talking loudly and rudely, as if we were begging for food.
The situation was escalated to the manager, Maninder Singh, who admitted the chicken was stale because it was from the "last batch." When I mentioned the rude staff behavior, I asked for the name of the employee who treated us so poorly. Shockingly, Maninder refused to give us the name and even said he wouldn’t replace the food unless we dropped the issue.
We wasted time and gas driving back and forth only to be treated terribly. The customer service at this KFC is appalling, and I will not be returning. I strongly advise others to avoid this location.
Bathrooms are filthy, servers are too slow, it used to be really good back in the day...

The chicken has no flavour. I ordered a 12pc bucket and every piece was bland. Don't know what up maybe ingredients aren't all being added but it's basically like eating cardboard. It's like it's been washed with bleach and then deep-fried. Never again
