5 of the pop flavors were out of order, I had to wait a long time for the food and was given an extra piece of chicken for it but it jad a red mark on the inside so I didnt even eat it. The batter was falling off the chicken and not crispy, the fries were soggy from the heat of the box. Overall the food sucked, the place was rundown and uncleanly and did not make me want to return there again!!

Walked un three people working one sweeping parking lot on phone we were told a min, two cars came through drive through got served wete standing there 10 mins no one served us we walked out of . What's our country coming to not one person was Canadian in there I felt like im not in Canada anymore ..

Although the team seemed line they had little to know idea what they were doing, it seemed line organized choas, the chicken was really good.
Little to no customer interaction, very strange.

Went in drive thru around 7:20 pm - got the Boneless bucket n a sandwich - we noticed right away that all the fries given were completely cold. We took the loss and intended of heated them up once home - 5 min drive later and we found that the sandwich and our popcorn chicken were also not at all warm but cold. Very upset this evening when I had to reheat everything myself when I expected fresh food that I paid for. Is there no quality control anymore? Why is KFC handing out cold food without noticing?

I payed 23 dollars and the fries look like that. And very little fries for the combo. And i asked for ketchup. no ketchup on the bag. Wont be coming back here again. The plum sauce tastes horrible too-like expired.

Ordered a meal with 8 strips and a large popcorn chicken. Strips came in the box that the large popcorn chicken comes in. Popcorn chicken was in a medium container. Told us they don't have large containers. Not getting what they advertise.

We usually go here with my mother and have had no problems before, I waited well a worker made sure her friends got there food others out for different services, it would have taken less then a mintue for me to order but she went to someone else behind me that worked for a service, I order our meals, two box boxes and two twisters, the twisters had nothing on it and the last time we ordered them they were packed
