Very tasty! I got the seasonal orange hot chocolate and the pastrami croissant sandwich and both were fantastic. I'd heard a lot of good things about the croissants and they definitely lived up to the hype.
This is one the best local coffee shops in town, cozy, comfortable and delightful coffee
The croissant is one of the best I’ve had. It’s reasonably priced, especially compared to the microwaved garbage you get for $10 in Toronto. It’s comparable to the best croissants I’ve had in the world.
The croissant was a bit overbaked but still incredible, with a crisp exterior and a soft center. I recommend the early grey chocolate croissant; it was delicious.
The coffee was good but not great. I wouldn’t come back just for the coffee; there are other coffee shops in the area. But I’d definitely come for the croissant.
If you’re in Peterborough and like baked sweets, stop by and try the croissant. You won’t be disappointed.
Note: I don’t allow my political views to influence my reviews. I don’t support businesses I disagree with, but many low reviews seem to be from people who don’t agree with the owners’ views and didn’t even buy anything. It’s inappropriate to try to hurt a small local business, especially if you’re a Canadian who supports the Canadian economy. You don’t have to support them, but slandering them shows more about your character.
To the owner, if there’s anything that depicts violence, consider removing it. I didn’t see anything when I was there, but reviewers say something may have been visible.
I hope your small shop succeeds. I want more good food; hopefully, you can inspire others to bring really good food to people.

Miserable staff.
Such a nice spot and so good and flaky croissant. Kudos to the genius who put both earl grey and chocolate together
If you are looking for the best croissants in town, this is the spot!! The Earl Grey almond croissant is my favourite. Always friendly service and delicious coffee as well!
Great humans and coffee! Also the bagels!!

First time visiting this awesome cafe. They’re attached to a quaint Thrift Shop.
We had their “take home” butter croissants. They’re sold frozen. Apparently they were hand-made on site.
We proof them at home, then egg wash and bake.
All I have to say about them is they were the best croissants I’ve ever had eaten.
Seriously, I’ll never buy store bought/grocery store croissants now.
Yes, they’re more expensive, but worth every penny.
Next time I visit Peterborough, I need to get my fix there.
Oh, the hot beverages. Way better than Starbucks.
Always good to buy local too.
