I wish you all could SMELL what I’m smelling right now WOW ?!!! I drive an hour one way to come to Kit for their pastries and their lattes. The atmosphere INSTANTLY calms my nervous system no matter what day or time I come at. The owner and workers are some of the kindest people - they are laid back, gentle and really value their space. It’s one of the most inclusive spaces with signs all around to show solidarity with all different communities. Their ham and cheese croissant...
I had a fantastic breakfast and coffee at this lovely coffee shop for two days while travelling to Peterborough. Great atmosphere, customer service, delicious croissants, tasty coffee. Strongly recommended it!! ❤️

We had their “take home” butter croissants. They’re sold frozen. Apparently they were hand-made on site.
We proof them at home, then egg wash and bake.
All I have to say about them is they were the best croissants I’ve ever had eaten.
