Food & service was excellent

We waited 45 min to still not eat. Waitresses kept saying oh we will be right back each and everyone of them never came back. 630-725 we waited until. Totally unacceptable.totally wrecked our evening

The 4 of us really enjoyed our time at this restaurant, the food was good , the scenery was great, the atmosphere and vibe was awesome BUT, we order a Spicy Ceasar and they had no tabasco, we order a Rye and pepsi, they actually had no Rye whiskey. Then on top of that they forgot my order. The waitress did apologize several times BUT I went hungry for the rest of the day.

I stopped by about two weeks ago and honestly had such a great experience. The place felt cozy and inviting, and the staff were super friendly — the kind of people who make you feel right at home without trying too hard.
The food was fresh, tasty, and you could tell there was care put into every dish.
It’s one of those places you leave thinking, “Yeah, I’m definitely coming back.”
Happy to have found this spot — already told a few friends about it!

We are on vacation and decided to go to peterborugh to show our grandson the lock and we went there for lunch 07 04 25 our waitress Ali was all ways checking to see if we needed anything and serving with a beautiful smile she has a such a magnetic personality can tell she cares about her customers she sure made our day

We stopped for a quick snack and drinks after the Liftlock cruise. The drinks were great, and the food was so fresh ! The bruschetta was fresh and lightly seasoned, and the french fries were the best I've had in a long time. The potatoes were thick cut, with the skin on, crispy, and fresh cut, not the frozen kind. The owner was working alone, but served everyone with a smile. It was an excellent experience, and the view was an added bonus.

Thoroughly enjoyed our lunch at the Lighthouse. We were the only ones there Sunday around noon, probably due to the threat of rain. The owner was a delight, the food and service were perfect, and the rain held off until we were done. We ordered the gyro, a burger, fish and chips, and smelt. Everyone was happy with their selection.

Male gruff server was rude and condescending. We decided not to stay due to the horrible service before we even sat down. You may have a better experience.

One of the best places to eat in Peterborough! The service is always so great and we always feel welcomed and well looked after. The views looking across Little Lake are the cherry on top to a great meal!

Nice view, terrible food and drinks.
On a Saturday at 4pm they had no chicken for their chicken parm.
Tried their Greek food, would not recommend to anyone. There was not enough sauce on the wraps. Meat was dry and tasted like it was days old. Romaine lettuce was yellow. Fries were okay but under seasoned.
We ordered a margarita and a pina colada. Both were served in wine glasses with way too much ice. Could not drink thru the straw so we used our forks. Could not taste any alcohol in either drink. Also, no salt on the rim of the margarita.
Restaurant is warn and needs updates.
PSA, you use a public washroom owned by the harbour. Definitely not clean.
Just wanted to give an honest review.

We were delighted to try out the fare at the Lighthouse. We had the fish and chips and the calimari. The portions were huge and very fresh and tasty. Our server was very friendly and helpful. The owner; Emiljana visited us to make sure all was well with our meal. I would highly recommend the Lighthouse Lounge and Grill!!!
