I really enjoy Little Caesars pizza and have been going to this location for at least 15 years. However, they have recently gone down hill in several areas. My first complaint is that they have started charging for their garpar, which has been free since that location opened. They are needlessly price gauging. Secondly, their crazy bread is usually quite dry and flavourless. It’s supposed to be coated liberally with garpar, but it’s never as it should be. Lastly, they are known for not getting orders completed accurately. The number of times they have gotten my order wrong and I have had to wait for them to fix it always has me second guessing going there.

Hot n ready’s are supposed to be hot n’ ready, especially at the end of the school/work day….thats the whole point.
Every time I come here there are absolutely 0 hot n’ ready’s. This is my third AND LAST time since moving here. Unfortunately there can be some food wastage in this business, it comes with the territory that apparently this location doesn’t want to accept.

One of my favourite fast food spots in Peterborough, great for parties! I can't get enough of the crazy bread. The staff are very nice and service is usually fast. It's perfect if you're craving pizza and in a hurry.

I made a specific order on line. Some stuff on the left some on the right. After getting home (out of town) I find out all the toppings are all over the pizza. Stuff some of my family hate on their side. Whole pizza wasted. Nobody will eat it. So frusterated.

I have never had a good experience ordering for pickup from this location, regardless of order method (and sometimes the delivery isn't reliable either). It always takes way longer than the 20 minutes they say it will, sometimes up to 40 to 1 hour. I'm not sure if they're understaffed, overpromising, or I'm just unlucky.
The staff are friendly and apologetic enough, but today was the last straw. Not only did our Skip order for pickup just not get acknowledged (apparently their tablet needed a reset so they didnt even see it despite Skip tracking it?), but someone else had a similar error happen to them 10 minutes after they assured us it would only take 15 minutes to fix the mistake, but they offered this second group a free drink but not us.
We waited 38 minutes for our meal and orders placed after ours came out first.
Just a mess. At this point, I'll pay the extra or take the extra time to order from Lansdowne, even though I'm 3 minutes from this location.

Ordered pizza for delivery, it never showed up when I contacted the restaurant they told me to contact the third party driver it wasn't their problem even though I ordered directly from their app!
