Madoi Sushi Restaurant

Hi everyone. My brother and I came to this restaurant today for the all you can eat lunch. Family and I have been here many times but this was his first (but not the last). They use a tablet/table mached ordering system, ours was # 21 today. As always, orders are easy to place, come quickly to your table by staff that are friendly and ensure accuracy. They come by regularly (but not annoying) to ensure everything is 100% satisfactory. We both agreed that bar none this was the best sushi experience we have had. Service was great... timely and informative... but staff made no effort to smile. That's a bit off putting. But the food was top notch.

It was our first visit in a long time. We were very satisfied with the quality and taste of the food provided. The staff member who served us was polite and courteous.
However, another staff made us uncomfortable from the moment we entered the restaurant with her unpleasant attitude and looks. Thinking it might have been my misunderstanding, I tried to compose myself.
But while serving other customers, this staff member kept looking at our table and spoke loudly in her own language, loud enough for others to hear. After that, two other staff members also looked at our table as they passed by, then returned to the counter and again spoke loudly in their language.
As someone whose first language is not English, I want to make it clear that this is not about having prejudice against another language. What I found very unpleasant was the staff member’s attitude and facial expressions while speaking, which felt extremely unfriendly and disrespectful.
I hope this feedback is taken into consideration for future improvement.

I've beein ordering delivery from this place at least once per month for the past 4 years.
The sushi, sashimi, and maki quality is amazing, and it always tastes fresh.
The staff are always professional and wait times are very reasonable.

Always great all you can eat menu, food is always fresh. sometimes desserts are lacking a bit and services varies depending on who is working, most staff are great though!

This experience was not very good it took way too long to eat, things came out so slow and our first 5 items never came 45 min later had to ask for them, I think this is done on purposeso you get tired if sitting and waiting on food. This is just way to slow, it was not worth 37.99 at all. Will not be returning here.

Went tonight for a birthday party, ordered a la carte only to be told it’s all you can eat….
I ordered the beef short ribs and teriyaki beef.
I was literally served 1 short rib on a plate…
It says 16pcs…I was served 1 piece. Everyone in my group was laughing alongside me while i laughed and teared at the pathetic plate I was served…
I will never eat there again.
$130 wasted.
* oh, we also ordered 1st and were the last to receive our food.
