Ordered a late night meal on UberEats, was over $50 plus tip and the meat is so dry it's not edible. Pita bread was hard as a rock. Honestly very disappointed.

I have been coming here for a long time, and this used to be my favourite shawarma place in town — but unfortunately, not anymore.
I visited around 10 PM and ordered my usual chicken shawarma wrap. I always ask for a little extra chicken and normally pay around $12.41. Today, there were new staff working, and when I asked for the same thing, they suddenly charged me $19.18 without giving me a proper price breakdown. When I questioned it, they said it was $5 extra for chicken, but couldn’t explain why the price was so different from usual.
On top of that, the customer service was very disappointing. When I walked in, they looked at me and asked if I was there for Uber. When I said I was there to order food, they started laughing among themselves. I felt disrespected. I also noticed they treated another customer (a lady who came in) with way more respect and a big smile — which I did not receive.
I then asked for just a regular wrap instead, and even then, they didn’t add the proper amount of chicken that’s supposed to come with it. I want to mention one more thing, there were some guys used work here were pretty pretty good and respectful and they knew how to take care of a customer. But these new guys think that this behaviour is normal, may be they didn’t work anywhere before. Lol If you’re going to work in customer service, attitude and respect matter. There are many other great shawarma places in Peterborough, and sadly, YOU HAVE LOST A LOYAL CUSTOMER. I hope this reaches the owner so they can fix these issues, because the food here has always been delicious — but the experience today was extremely disappointing. NEVER COMING BACK

I enjoyed a hot meal of Chicken Shawarma on Reel(Rice). It was the best of a kind that I’ve had. The customer service was great and order was ready in few minutes😊.

Waited 30 minutes for a chicken and rice for them to tell me the rice isn’t cooking won’t even give me a refund or any compensation when they are giving me what I didn’t want wasted my time and money never coming here again. Worst service ever!

I ordered the Fried Chicken reel from Maglicious through DoorDash around midnight yesterday, and it was exceptional! The food was fresh, flavorful, and clearly made with care. The presentation was neat, the portions were perfect, and everything arrived warm and well-packed. I’m really impressed with the quality and attention to detail — great job, Maglicious!

I visited Maglicious today and ordered the Fried Chicken Poutine, while my friends had the Fried Chicken on Rocks. Both dishes were absolutely delicious! The quantity and quality were top-notch, and the staff was very friendly. This is definitely one of my favorite places to eat!
