Food is pretty good. But if you have issues with food or wrong order they will Not help you at all, they will tell you to take it up with delivery app ( delivery app denies you refund or help also). Clearly a place that places money over people. Update: management try’d to say it was Uber fault, It was not because on Uber it said 2 Salad’s.

Had an amazing dinner here! The food was delicious everything came out hot and full of flavour. Our server Hannah was awesome, super friendly, attentive, and made great recommendations. You can tell she really cares about her customers. The vibe was chill and welcoming. Definitely recommend checking this place out and asking for Hannah!

Maple Moose is usually my go to restaurant. They have a gluten free menu, but you have to ask for it. Anna is my favourite waitress, she is so friendly and caring.
There have been a few times I have gone where the waitress serving me hasn't always been that friendly and the food wasn't that great.
However, it gets 5 stars, because even when busy it is normally great. They even let me stay 30 min after closing to try and finish watching an overtime hockey playoff game.

We ordered delivery. The onion soup was so salty, the chicken tenders were so hard I couldn't eat them and everything was cold. Delivery guy waited over 17 minutes for the food that was sitting in the back getting cold and hard. Won't order from here again.

Garbage service!!! The server/bartender spent more time putting on whatever makeup was on her face than serving tables….no customers…and the what appeared to be the manager was just as useless
Enya served me here, she was the most kind and knowledgeable server I’ve ever had, you do not get such friendly service elsewhere and I will be back.

I have eaten at this restaurant before when in town. Dropped the kids back home after break and ordered here. Had dinner delivered. No issue with the delivery service, it was all on the restaurant end. Order 4 steak fajitas dinners ok, but 2 came with NO steak, just onions and peppers, then there was the pesto salmon. Looked good until we opened the lid. There was a hair in it. Needless to say that is my last trip to Maple Moose.
