Do not order from here. We ordered 3 meals, & each one of them were absolutely awful quality. Stale, cold & did NOT match the description. The Mac & cheese I ordered came & were essentially plain noodles with half melted cheese in the middle- absolutely disgusting.

Ordered on door dash and had to cancel my order cause after an hour and 45 minutes cause they told the driver 20 minutes and every time he would ask they said the same thing again. Ordered at 6:12 and waited until 7:45 to cancel which is honestly way too long but I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt. Don't ever order from them on door dash.
Side note my driver was a 10/10 sweetheart and none of this is his fault and honestly I feel bad for him cause he probably missed out on so many more deliveries waiting for the food.
Maple moose do better or remove yourself from delivery sites cause clearly you can't use them right

Service was careless and slow. Food was cold and not fresh at all. Drinks were delivered wrong. Unsanitary! Bill came to $160.00 Felt like i got robbed or taken advantage of.
Overall id just stay away from this place unless you’re a old man looking for a depressing beer at your local hole in the ground.

We came in with a large group of 36. A created great physical layout has been prepared for us on the main floor (accessibility was important). We were working with a limited time line but got served promptly AND each person billed individually. Server Maddy dealt with us with an unwavering smile and good humour. Great night. Thank you!

While other people at my table had fabulous looking food (the chicken souvlaki looked amazing!) , mine was quite mediocre. The salmon burger tasted bland, except for a strong frozen-like fish after taste; it was falling apart and I only finished it because I was very hungry. My salad had huge chunks of lettuce hearts which should not be served, and the small olives were totally mushy. Service was good, but quite slow. For a Saturday night, the place was 3/4 empty and had zero atmosphere.
Service was adequate. The atmosphere is that of a sports bar. Food was cooked to perfection and fresh.

we placed an order for takeout, came into the restaurant and nobody could find our order, we were told it would be a minute and to have a seat. it was not a minute, they didnt even start our order by the time we were told to pick it up and they weren't even honest about their mistake. we waited over 45 minutes and watched people sit down after us receive their food. nobody apologized, gave an update, or offered us drinks or appetizers while waiting such a ridiculous amount of time.

I started coming into Maple Moose in 2022, and it quickly became one my spots to come for a drink and for food.
I've had a lot of what's on the menu, they also have a lunch menu aside from their main menu.
The lunch menu is a great value, one of the items is Steak and Mashed potatoes for 15 bucks. I've only ever had one issue with the steak out of probably 50 or more times eating it, which was related to gristle rather than the way it was cooked or that.
My favourite item on the regular menu is the burgers. After that the wings, and then the Pastas.
It's a great place to come for a drink or food, the regular crowd is easy to get along with as well.
