Missing cookies in my order.

I went there to pick the order from skip the dishes. First she prepared the order but did not shout out that delivery is ready even I was standing in front of her. After when asked for the order she consistently asked me to show if I swiped the order or not when I was already showing her I already did. May be she has some problem with delivery drivers so she can humiliate them.

Bad drive thru service. 3 cars in the other la e was severed before me. Not the 1st time at this location. Train the staff better.

Just been to place an order at drive through.
I was the only car in the drive-through then another car drove up to the second lane, Their order was taken, and I was still sitting.
Eventually, my order was taken, The person didn’t understand that I wanted a black coffee, But eventually, I spelled it out. Pay at the window , And they give me my black coffee and a Sprite. I told them I didn’t order a Sprite. That was rectified, And they gave me my food, And unfortunately, I didn’t check it, When I got home, my bacon egg McMuffin without cheese, was covered with cheese. Needless to say, I couldn’t eat it.
I understand that people taking the orders don’t have English as their first language, And they are hard workers, But please have someone whose first language is English, taking the orders at the drive-through. This has happened to me a number of times and you’d think I’d be wise enough to check the order at the window, but sometimes I don’t.

The young manager is a really great guy .he is a hard worker and wants the costomers to be happy I do not know his name but every time I go there he is always great Sunday 7am Nov 3rd awesome manager

Poor service, lack many items on the menu. No doughnuts!

Gross mcdonalds. Dirty. Had no happy meal toy, kid was upset. Change tables are locked with a padlock in bathroom (what?!?!). Garbage overflowing. No napkins or ketchup. Drink was 90 percent ice. Onions stunk so bad I couldn't eat the burger.

Just trash, be better.

Would be really interested of the cleaning policy because it's not followed here. Garbages were overflowing an tables looked as if they were not washed all day. I once worked an was a manager at this location and these were not standards we to adhere to I guess on shift managers or store manager have changes this over the years.

I don’t understand how it’s so complicated to not put ice in a drink and give the right size!
My husband and I have decided it’s honestly best to go to the other McDonald’s. Same long line but they’ll at least get your order right. Simple or not. It’s astounding how they mess up everything everytime and are so so so slow in the process. They all need to get it together over there.

Drive thru line was a 17 minute wait!
Then had to sit and wait another 12 minutes for the food in a designated parking space beside the building.
To many people not knowing what to do inside the kitchen.
