every single time i order here (its not often) they always manage to miss atleast 2 things. not only dips but full parts of meals. do better mcdonald’s, would gladly choose any other location in peterborough over this one.

Terrible customer service. Couldn't speak to us nicely or ask us nicely to move forward. Which we couldnt do in our truck. There was no room for us to move anywhere. Refused to give us our food and made our daughter cry. Manager was Tara.

Food and quickness is often a hit or miss. We don’t let the kids play in the play place anymore. But most staff are courteous. They lock the rest room doors which annoys some people, and on one of our visits a man walked into the women’s washroom because he couldn’t be bothered to ask staff to open the door for him. My partner went and informed staff and they didn’t do anything about it! The last straw is I’ve complained about increased prices before but we just confirmed mc d’s particularly in Peterborough and surrounding areas have in fact increased their prices and are over charging customers. We will no longer be supporting these locations and will start frequenting other local fast food restaurants. Why pay more when we often have to wait longer than usual, or our order is messed up. We stopped getting it delivered a long time ago because food was always missing.

FIX THE DRINK MACHINE! I give up on this location. Like other reviewers have mentioned, any flavour of pop you get here is muddled with all other pops. It tastes like Coke mixed with fruitopia mixed with sprite, juice etc. disgusting! This isn't a one-time thing. It's EVERY single time for months now. They removed the refill station station inside so you can't even go get a new one yourself and it's always SO BUSY that you don't have time to wait 20 mins to get a staff members attention to get a new pop or refund.

Wow... not sure what is wrong with their drink machine but yikes! Went through the drive thru to get drinks after picking up a pizza for the road... The coke-zero was undrinkable. Tasted like cream-soda if someone had used champagne as the base... my kids said their fruitopia tasted weird. But I was already on the 115 by the time it was a complaint.

I went here to get some poutine, the employees were so stingy with the cheese like it was 90% fries and the rest are cheese and gravy. Not a very good McDonald’s for poutine.
Nobody's perfect, mistakes do happen, and can happen everywhere. It's the way you can handle the situation is what really matters. Yes, a patty was missing from my big rosti, it happens. The restaurant manager noticed I looked surprised and made it right, to my complete satisfaction. Thanks for doing such a great job and keeping customers happy.

The food was warm not hot, but my kids love the nuggies so they eat it with no complaints, just wish they were a little fresher but understand how busy they are. The drive through is fast but some employees don't seem happy to be there and it shows in there attitude
