The food to cost ratio is crazy now. 10 pc nugget meal comes almost to $20. Everything thing has gotten smaller. The quality has gotten worse aswell. You pay more for less.
You could go to an actual quality restaurant and get way better also way more, for the same price or a couple dollars more.

Waited like 15 mins in the drive thru, had two other people that came after I did and got served before me. Then when I got home with my food I found some plastic and found a hair in my burger. One of the worst experiences I’ve had at this location

Made a mistake on my order, drove 40 mins to pick up only to realize my order was not completed, they charged me the money but everything wasn't in the bag, On top the manager giving me attitude. Well done.
It's a fast food restaurant. For the type of establishment it is, the food is decent. They got my order right. Nothing was missing. I did go at lunch time so there was a bit of a wait. It wasn't fast in that aspect, but once I ordered it was pretty quick. I used the drive through, so I have no idea what is like inside.
