If you go in the early morning expect to be parked for at least 15 minutes if you order food. Also don't expect any kind of accuracy in receiving what you ordered. This seems to be an ongoing issue.

Food is quite good at this one, but the employees could be a little bit nicer when processing coupons. I think the automated ordering system should be fixed as there is usually one kiosk which is out of order. The parking lot is usually busy but the drive through moves fast. It is clean and the sun shines in on the tables in the morning, making your hash-browns glisten. Good location in terms of proximity to the highway and to other fast food joints.

We went through the drive-through because of a sign we saw out front advertising $2 milk shakes.
The people on drive-through were not informed and denied such a deal as the digital menu has it right there.
They finally found the button (after 2 people couldn't find it), and we ended up being over charged and got the wrong flavour shakes.
For the price of the hassle, we could have had a nice dine in meal.
Would not recommend.

Loved the fact that the coffee was nice and hot! I didn't need to drive back through to replace a tepid coffee.

Often places app orders from this store, and the service is very quick! Sometimes it takes less than a minute to get it delivered to the table. It's definitely a go-to McD for a quick bite or drink.

Can someone please explain to me how you can be sold out of 6pc chicken nuggets. Coincidentally when there is a deal on them, but you will sell me a 10pc at full price? Your food has gone down in quality for the last decade, but prices have doubled. For what? Food has gotten worse, service has gotten worse, and you cost as much as the deluxe burger joints. Why would I ever come back here?

Service was pretty standard and quick.
Burger was saucy and substantial, Mister enjoyed it more than Missus.

Orderd 3 coffees and a bagel ... Had to pull threw waited 15 min and recieved a cold bagel that they definitely had sitting there for 10 min. If you have under 20 min wouldn't waste your time
You would think that making coffee is easy. But apparently it's not, because this is the ONLY place in London that can make a good cup of coffee! Won't go anywhere else!

Ordered a sausage mcmuffin with cheese had to repeat the order 3 times and the drive thru still couldnt put it in right corrected it at the window and they gave us a sausage mcgriddle with no cheese instead waste of time and money if your employees cant take an order or make it right just close the doors

I tried ordering my food the person that was taking my order would not listen to me so my order was all wrong after trying to get it corrected three times they finally somewhat corrected it but not totally and the food was not good.
