It's a fast food restaurant. For the type of establishment it is, the food is decent. They got my order right. Nothing was missing. I did go at lunch time so there was a bit of a wait. It wasn't fast in that aspect, but once I ordered it was pretty quick. I used the drive through, so I have no idea what is like inside.
I gave 3 because the morning staff is fine and dandy. However, when you give the code on the app, there's a notification to verify your code went through. I noticed I didn't get it and thought maybe it was a glitch, but when I refreshed my app, the transaction isn't even in the purchase history. My assumption is they punch in their own code, but that's just a guess. The cherry on top is that my coffee also does not taste good, I'm still suffering through...
Nobody's perfect, mistakes do happen, and can happen everywhere. It's the way you can handle the situation is what really matters. Yes, a patty was missing from my big rosti, it happens. The restaurant manager noticed I looked surprised and made it right, to my complete satisfaction. Thanks for doing such a great job and keeping customers happy.
