Nobody's perfect, mistakes do happen, and can happen everywhere. It's the way you can handle the situation is what really matters. Yes, a patty was missing from my big rosti, it happens. The restaurant manager noticed I looked surprised and made it right, to my complete satisfaction. Thanks for doing such a great job and keeping customers happy.
The food was warm not hot, but my kids love the nuggies so they eat it with no complaints, just wish they were a little fresher but understand how busy they are. The drive through is fast but some employees don't seem happy to be there and it shows in there attitude
I am incredibly grateful for the kind service, warm welcome, and genuine care I received from Esshu and her team. Despite how busy this McDonald's location is, it’s impressively clean and well-managed. The team works together so efficiently. This was a first for me—and I’m from Toronto! Thank you so much.
