I wanted to share my experience from this morning around 5:30 AM. I went through the drive-thru and waited about 10 minutes, but no one took my order or gave any update about the delay.
There was another car waiting on the other side as well, and after sitting there for quite a while with no communication, both of us eventually left. It was frustrating, especially that early in the morning.
This has happened to me before at this location. I understand that it can get busy or you might be short-staffed, but even a quick message letting customers know there will be a wait would really help.
I’m not trying to complain just for the sake of it. I just hope this can be looked into so other customers don’t have the same experience.
Just don't.

Whoever the shorter lady, Grey haired manager that runs this store is, needs to take a step back on how they engage with there customers.
This morning at 7AM, I walked into this location with a Tim-Hortons French Vanilla, & I was picking up my sausage & egg sandwich; This manager decides to tell me:
-Our prices are cheaper ( Didn't give me a chance to say how much mine was)
-Our coffee taste better (yes told me, a customer that there product tastes better, but didn't ask what I was drinking, presumed just coffee.)
Heres the problem, This manager needs to understand @ 7AM I choose to go to tims not because I have too; But because thats my preference. It is way too early at that time to have a bad French vanilla, I know what I like and I go where the service is good.
Now, I Ordered a breakfast sandwich this morning, So I did give McDonalds my hard-earned money, this manager has no right to tell customers where they should be getting there items from. I'm not there to get scolded on where I want to get certain things from. I don't like Tim's breakfast sandwich, but I love McDonalds ones; Point is here, Theres enough people in the market to go Tim-Hortons AND still choose McDonalds.
This manager, Talked to me in a stern tone, All because I didn't choose a McDonalds coffee.
I don't need a mcdonalds manager making me feel upset @ 7AM because I didn't choose ther $1.50 coffee..
If i need a breakfast sandwich in the morning, I will get it from Lansdowne Mcdonalds now.

Overall a nice place I find I'm not a big mcdonalds fan they are usually fine at best. The staff in this case went above and beyond with great customer service thanks!

Never been to a McDonald’s where you spend $60+ and they don’t even give you a refill on your drink, This McDonalds gives me a super cheap owner vibe, more ice in my cup than pop. Not coming back here

Worst McDonald’s to visit- service sucks and majority of the time so does there staffs attitudes - make you wait too long when they have 2 order boxes, wait for food; they just ask you to pull right over to the side to wait-go to Lansdowne McDonald’s

I don’t know why I gave this place a second chance. No hygiene no gloves, masks, hair nets-NOTHING! Not to mention if my order is actually right (which only happens 5% of the time) it looks like they just pulled it out of their pocket. Last night there was a literal bite taken out of it. Just close this place down and start fresh

Ordered the big mac all i could taste was bread even though the buns are smaller now...burger patties are thinner smaller and flavourless...looked nothing like the picture ...ordered medium fries for over $ 5 ...box was half full and hardly warm....fries flavour has changed and not for the better ... the self serve pop machines are gone

17 minutes for a mcchicken and had 5 ppl served before me who ordered after. Slowest place ever. Even the keg serves faster.

FOUND CHEWED UP GUM HIDDEN IN FOOD. MANAGER ON DUTY INSINUATED IT WAS US.
On January 13th, my friend and I went to McDonald's through the drive through in the evening and got two Mcrispy meals and an extra drink for another friend. We drove home to eat and when my friend bit into her sandwich she felt something gummy. Upon further inspection, she found GUM HIDDEN IN HER SANDWICH.
We went back and brought back everything except for the drinks and one fry (the fries were eaten on the drive home). The other fries were untouched and the two sandwiches had 3 bites total taken out of them, 2 bites from the sandwich with no gum and 1 from the one with gum. I asked to speak with the manager and explained what happened, he was immediately defensive but offered to have the sandwich remade and we explained we did not want or trust anything that came out of that kitchen and we just wanted a refund.
This should have ended here. He agreed to give us a refund but claimed that even though he was not there when the sandwich was made he knows nobody had any gum and tried to insinuate it was us. I asked him if there were cameras in the kitchen, he said yes. I told him to check them. I then asked what exactly was going to happen to ensure this doesn't happen again. He didn't really seem to take the issue seriously and instead pointed out that the sandwich with the gum had the wrong kind of bun. I told him that that is how it came and he told me that I was wrong and nobody would give us a sandwich with that bun. In response I told him that that was another problem in his kitchen then and asked where we would have gotten a McDonald's bun to replace it with. He actually tried to accuse us of going out and buying another sandwich and replacing the bun. I'm not sure what his logic was but I told him that we did not do that and he should check the cameras because he will be able to see that 1. The mistake happened in his kitchen. and 2. We did not come through again to buy another sandwich and this was our first time back since initially buying the sandwiches. His response was that he couldn't access the cameras and he shut down. He did provide me with the head office number which they seem to be having an issue because the extension is unassigned. I ended up finding online the customer service line and reported it this morning.

Awfully rude on the headset and kept repeating herself at the window. I’m so sick and tired of grabbing a snack and being spoken to like I’m not human, these new hires over the past few years are atrocious.
Only reason I didn't give 5 stars is my kids wife and I love the beast burritos but they are so small even for my kids. The salsa needs to be sold in store lol it's that good. I wish they'd have an option for large burritos. Or a 6 pack at a decent price. Thanks to who made our food this morning
Ordered 2 triple pickle mccrispy. Neither had crispy pickles on them. This is multiple times I’ve been to this McDonalds and not gotten what I’ve ordered when I got home
