Just left there with another drive thru order that was wrong. You guys spent all that money on upgrades and add an extra window in the drive through process. How about you hire an employee to double check that everything that I paid for and confirmed on my screen when ordering is in the bag when you hand it to me. You guys need to do better!!!!

Food could be great but this restaurant is so dirty . I’m never one to complain online but families paying all this money . A clean restaurant isn’t much to ask for

Very busy Sunday morning. I asked the manager how much longer and she said next. A very nice young male employee said I will get it for you..bagged the egg mcmuffins..and then said one min wait for hash browns and made sure to grab them for me..and sincerely apologized for the wait

Went through drive through. Had to wait way too long as 1 vehicle held up line. Normally the vehicle is asked to move forward But they did NOT do this. Frustrating!
I rarely go to McDonalds but I was tired after night shift and I just wanted a coffee. I was the only car in the drive through but I sat there for 5 minutes. Then I had to repeat my very simple order 5 times. I was surprised they had many people working. I was expecting to see one person when I pulled up.I learned my lesson. I am just going to make food and coffee at home.

Has anybody noticed that fast food in canada has gone downhill so badly in the last couple of years... I ordered two sausage mcmuffins and added ketchup... they charged me 1.99$ for ketchup... and the person at the speaker barely spoke English...I'm getting tired of these places not speaking English so I refused my order and left... I love McDonald's but have decided to stop eating here
