just all around a terrible establishment. every time i come here the wait time is unbelievable and the food is always mediocre at best. i just waited out an entire hour of them preparing 1 pack of nuggets and 2 cheese burgers, EVERY single item arrived stale and freezing cold. if you are not preparing fresh food what is taking you over an hour to pack an order of 3 items? for a fast food restaurant they certainly aren't fast and i wouldn't even reach as far as calling what they serve food.

I just can't understand. Why are there not enough staff? As always, they don't have time. It takes forever to wait. From the outside you watch one or two people running from the cash register to preparing the food, what’s that all about? After shopping, people want to have a snack and go home quickly, but here they waste a lot of time. They are probably saving on staff and the fact that people are waiting is not important. And the staff squeezes out politeness through force or fatigue, or unprofessionalism makes itself felt.

Used drive thru, was fairly quick around 1pm. Bought Big Mac and reg double hamburger, $17.00 terrible price for a saugy Big Mac. Thank God I didn't order a drink!

Meh, it's just another McDonald's. The drive-thru staff were friendly enough..well, they were when we went. It's nice when it's late and you get a hankerin' for a bite to eat, and don't feel like cooking.?

Worst mcdonalds in all of peterborough. Every single time I go I'm asked to park in the waiting area. Whether it's 1 small order or an order for 3. Food always take about 10 to 15minuites to receive. Order is usually wrong and the food is cold and poor quality 9 times out of 10.
