The manager there was Akansha and she was really rude when I complained about the spicy veggie burger that i ordered just had literal drops of habanero sauce in it and when i asked her to fix it for us she rudely replied that this is what you get and refused to put more and when i said that I will complain she was like go ahead like she thinks of herself as a owner, way to much attitude to be working in mcdonalds ohh but wait got no skills to work anywhere else. Should be atleast well mannered which she wasn’t at all.

If 0 stars was an option that would be my choice. I created a mobile order, MIND YOU this has happened at chemong mcdonalds aswell. I created a moblie order and when i had my uncle there to collect my food they told me my payment had failed EVEN THOUGH the payment went through on my end. So i decided to call them and they proceeded to tell me that nobody was out front waiting for an order and that they knew nothing about it. After i told the woman that i was told by chemong mcdonalds that if the payment did not go through on their end and DID on mine that they have to give me the food. I was told by the woman that she could do nothing because on her end the payment did not through. Not only did i show proof the mobile order was there but also proof of payment. So i told her that i would have to get some legal help if they were not going to give me my money back or give me my food. to top it off A multibillionnare company cannot afford to loose 48 dollars If they were to give me my food That is what this woman told me. CHEMONG mcdonalds gave me my food because on my end the payment went through but this mcdonalds could NOT. In the end they ended up giving me my food After making me wait an hour and a half.

the workers here have increasingly become more and more uninterested in the quality of their customer service. i ordered a mcflurry, which was only filled 1/3 of the way.. so that alone was disappointing. on top of that, i waited about 20 minutes and no one had called my order number or indicated in anyway that it was ready behind the stockpile of drinks they had collecting on the counter, so when i finally went up to ask (i’m always polite and patient with fast food workers by the way.) the girl looked at me annoyed, looked inside the cup, and dropped it down in front of me with a robotic “yeah” before turning away and doing something else. totally rude and a vibe kill. what ticked me off even more was that my mcflurry was more than halfway empty.. so thanks guys, i guess.

Missing stuff from my order all the time especially when you order on skip the dishes . Then you try to call they never answer and when the do ,they say I give you free meal , no it isn't free when you already paid for the.missing food

I would rate it all half star if it gives the option. This is just the worst place I’ve been to. I ordered fries a while ago and specifically said need fresh fries but I got very soggy and old fries. We wanted to get fresh ones so I took them to the shift manager and he instead of solving the issue started arguing saying I never really did say fresh! Like seriously I don’t know what I ordered a minute ago??? And then second time I went there they did the same and when I left the complaint on their email address I still haven’t got any reply! Probably my post would be removed but I want to let all the people know who would read it that this is the worst mc Donald’s I’ve been to. And probably I’m not returning to MCD for anything sooner!

Mischievous Mistress

I’ve frequented this restaurant for 4 months now, my 2* review is very thought out and was given more than a fair chance to average out. I’ve had a small handful of 4-5 star experiences, mostly 2-3 star; seeing the overall rating is 3, I’ll select the 2 star option to even it out.
I once ordered a happy meal with a toy, there was no toy, no yoghurt, and the drink was wrong — I had to go back (I had left) and the staff explained they were out of the missing items, but they didn’t substitute them OR let me know they were out, they just simply excluded them. A separate occasion I was given a yoghurt that was bad, I didn’t check if it was expired or just poorly stored, but it was sour and I it was thrown out quickly. I frequently have to ask for more, and more, and more pepper (the standard packets contain very little content as opposed to salt containing a LOT in the same sized packet, so it takes more to get a satisfactory amount); I placed a mobile order and maxed out my items by adding 15 pepper packages hoping I’d get what would equate to a few shakes from a dispenser without having to ask for more multiple times, I was given three. 3! From 15?! Come on! Yesterday I placed an order for a smoothie and I stood waiting for 12 minutes before I lined up to be able to ask the busy staff if they missed it, no one even realized that the same person was standing waiting for so long. The staff themselves are nice, but there are so many mistakes, all of which are honestly just careless. And that’s really disappointing.

Watched the runner “lady handing food to customers” open up a McDouble and open the bun with her bare hands to see what it was then wrap it up and put it back in the warming station

When I called to speak to a manger she dismissed it and said she’d “find the guest and fix the McDouble”
