Great bubble tea, bubble waffles, an assortment of various goods you can buy, and friendly staff. I enjoy the house special and the bubble waffles, which is my usual order. They offer oat milk as an option as well, if you prefer that. There is a good amount of space to sit inside; quite a large seating area for a bubble tea shop. If I could suggest one thing I'd love it if you guys could stock lactose-free dairy milk as an option for the milk teas. But on the whole, the tea is awesome!

When working downtown I would go here all the time! They're a amazing place even if you want to chill and study. The owners are wonderful and are always trying to do new events for the community! Please check it out if you have time. The drinks are so good and its just a great place to be!

My favorite boba place ❤️ The staff are always so friendly, my drink is always so good and consistent, and I love that they feature works from local artists for sale. They have a bunch of seating and even a selection of games! It's so cozy and welcoming and if I could get boba from them everyday I absolutely would.

Milk and Tea did an amazing job with a booth at my sister’s wedding. All of the guests loved the bubble tea and the booth looked beautiful. They were professional and provided customized stickers with the wedding monogram for the event.

Milk and tea is such a wonderful and welcoming environment with so many different activities through the year and so many different creators that sell their stuff with them. I love how community comes together here and they have also have a pretty great Earl Grey too ❤️ the owners are so lovely and have done such a great job, thanks for everything!
