We stopped by your sub shop for dinner on Friday evening of the long weekend. While we understand it was a busy time, we were quite surprised to find that many items on the menu were already sold out — including various vegetables, bread options, and proteins — especially so early into the dinner hour.
Additionally, we were disappointed by the overall cleanliness of the location. The bathrooms were in poor condition, lacking paper towels and needing attention, and the seating area was visibly messy and in need of a thorough wipe-down.
We do want to acknowledge that your staff were doing their best to serve everyone, but it was clear they were overwhelmed. Sandwiches were being assembled inconsistently, and the usual method for heating food appeared to be out of order.
We’re sharing this feedback not out of complaint, but in hopes it helps highlight some areas that could be improved — especially during high-traffic times. We enjoy your food and want to see your team succeed.

I think the sub was the best I ever had mainly because of the care and enthusiasm of the gentleman making it behind the counter. What a delight to have that kind of service on a road trip stop. Thank you.

On our way home from a road trip, I saw the golden orange sign, which is Country Style. We just had to stop for a quick treat as we don’t have many locations back home. The staff were very friendly and helpful and suggested new donuts to which I tried and was very satisfied with both new donuts. 10/10 will come back to this location again
