Alexis and her colleague were so lovely, 3 minutes before close and did not hesitate to serve us! Amazing employees!

Food and service is always amazing, but my stomach requires more cheese

Every time I visit New York Fries , no matter what staff member is working,they are always so friendly. Always great customer service and get your food to you fast . Must have great Management there ,that sets great expectations.

This New York fries is staffed by very competent, courteous, and very friendly people.
I Was a manager in the food business for 30 years and I am always impressed by the staff in this restaurant. They are extremely well trained, and always make me feel welcome and important. I make a point of acknowledging them when I go there.
Richard, the owner, and Alexis, the manager , have done a phenomenal job in training their staff in great customer service. They have the best customer service in Peterborough. Thank you, Alicia for waiting on us today. You are lovely and a pleasure too do business with. You make your customers day as do all your fellow staff members. The store has a lot to be proud of.
I have to mention the quality and quantity of the food. I’ve never had a bad meal here. Always hot, always flavourful and always enough food.

It was thé first time I had your fries in five years . It was thé worst fries I havé ever had in my life. Tiny stringy fries , no taste,lucky to get ten fries full small size. Ordered a large frie and they were 90 percent stringy tiny fries not cooked enough. Your fries use to be much better than that. They need to be larger and cooked Property. You must have changed your potatoe. Something is terrible wrong. I could never go back unless there is a change. Check out Suisse Chalet fries . Thé Best in thé City. Mike

Ordered the works fries and it was soo good. Lily and Rebecca were quite generous with the toppings and everything tasted great! Super nice and helpful. Would recommend trying it out!!
