Food Quantity: I ordered a chicken souvlaki dinner to-go and I received 2 potatoes and 5 small pieces of chicken on a bed of rice.

Food Taste: I Did not enjoy the chicken, it was tasteless and the salad dressing was purely oil. Tzatziki sauce was good.

Service / Experience: I ordered take out and they took my phone number and told me they would call (approx 25min wait) when it was ready. I waited 35 minutes before walking in … and the food was waiting the entire time. No phone call was made. My fault for believing them.

Would not recommend to a friend.

The best Greek food in Peterborough. The spanakopita is absolutely amazing. Staff are personable and the atmosphere is so welcoming. Highly recommend

The Best Greek Salad & Ground Beef I've Ever Had in My Life.

I've had Greek Salad a couple of times in my life & the Greek Salad I had today at Nostimo was the BEST. Perfectly balanced flavour. Not too much feta, just a good amount. Not soggy lettuce. It was PERFECTION. The Moussaka by itself with no rice is actually a perfect dish in itself as it tastes very traditional as it is a traditional Greek dish. But since I was served the Moussaka with rice, that changes the game. If you eat Moussaka by itself with no rice, that's already Perfect. When you eat it with rice, it tastes better if you remove the top potato layer because the potato is mushy & mixes very well with the rice & changes the flavour because the potato actually has this cheesy flavour. Mixing a slightly cheesy-tasting mushy potato with the texture of rice is not a good combination. It tastes better just eating the Greek rice with just the ground beef itself with no top potato layer. That's just the REAL REAL. Great service. Very friendly Canadian woman with a vibrant personality. I love how this place is a fine dining restaurant in a place you least expect it. I think Nostimo will be better if the lighting was brighter. It needs to be brighter because it's just way too dim, too much. Also, I love how there's two mini bars here. They are so cute. Overall, it was a 5 Star Experience. Thank you Nostimo!

Great dinner with the family. We were a large group, disrupted the whole place, but everything and everyone was wonderful.

I ordered the roasted lamb for lunch and was thrilled. The meat was so tender it completely fell apart with a gentle touch of the fork and it was seasoned perfectly. The lamb arrived with a small Greek salad and Greek styled roasted potatoes. Our server, Pat, was gracious and was helpful with suggestions.I love this place! The atmosphere is more formal but it felt very friendly.

Wheelchair accessibility: I don't recall a button at the front door but do remember that the bathroom is fully accessible and even has a lowered sink.

Unplanned dinner out and so glad we found this place. First greek restaurant that has satisfied our craving for greek food since we moved from the city two years ago. The restaurant is well laid out with two small rooms for dining which makes it feel very intimate. The decor is pleasant and calming. We were looked after by the owner himself. George is very personable and made our dine-in experience one to remember. The service was impeccable from start to finish. The food was exquisite, well portioned and perfectly seasoned. It arrived in a timely manner and exactly as ordered. There were no issues whatsoever with specific requests to accommodate my food allergies. Had to save room for dessert so we ended up bringing home enough for lunch tomorrow.

Vegetarian options: Lots of fresh salads and dips that would easily satisfy anyone looking for vegan options.

Dietary restrictions: The owner was very accommodating to my specific requests to accommodate my food allergies.

Parking: The restaurant is located in a small strip mall with plenty of parking available and handicap parking immediately available at the front door.

Just discovered a great place to dine. Only dish would not order again the rack of lamb. I have never seen a rack that small before. Willing to pay more for a decent size. Rest of the meal was great!Service excellent!

Wonderful dinner! Amazing food! Amazing service! I have many allergies and was accommodated perfectly!!! Would highly recommend this restaurant! Definitely coming back!!!

Dietary restrictions: They omitted dairy for me, I made them aware I was Celiac, which wasn’t a problem for what I ordered. They work well with allergies!!
