Deanna and I celebrated Valentine's at One Fine Food on Sat Feb 14th, we both agreed it was the best steak meal we have ever had out for dinner. We ask the waitress to thank the chef his name was AJ for a fabulous dinner. 5 star meal and service. Thank you , Aubrey and Deanna

Atrocious. We went on the evening of Feb 6 2026 with some family. We have gone 2 times prior. We arrived at 6:45pm and order our food at 7PM. We waited for 2 hours for our food and the waiter continuously told us that it is coming out of the kitchen ( 3 times she did this throughout). We got very hungry and decided to figure out why our food was so late as again we have been waiting for 2 hours and we realized the waitress was lying to us. I go and seek out someone at the front desk and told them of our problem as our waitress ghosted us and never even apologized for the lengthy wait. We wait another 15 minutes. We began demanding for the supervisor/manager. The front desk that we spoke to turned out to be the manager but she hid her identity from us for the entire time that we were hoping to get answers. She was extremely apprehensive and smirked, enjoying watching us angry while they wasted our time for 2+ hrs. The manager/supervisor never came to our table to apologize, never apologized period, she never updated us on anything (nor our waitress). We then demanded to have our food boxed and free as they made us so angry, hungry and with no apology. The supervisor/manager not only hid from us (we asked another waitress to find the supervisor/manager at the time when we didn't know who it was and she hid in plane site, the waitress pretended to go to the kitchen and wait us out) and this supervisor/manager was the most hostile, cold and rude person I have ever met in a supervisor/manager role. That says something because I have experienced long wait times, but with an apology I have been totally fine waiting.... She never took responsibility and she told us that she felt SHE herself was being attacked while they starved us and kept us in the dark..... She was the one that ruined our night and she didn't even apologize. They even tried to charge us for appetizers...... We are NEVER coming back. I have NEVER experienced such a rude manager/supervisor, lying waitresses and such cowardly management in my life and I have been to hundreds of restaurants.

Really disappointed on a return visit to find no pizza available in the cafe section at 2pm on a Friday. We were willing to buy a whole pizza but we were abruptly told no more were being made.

Our Server was extremely friendly, knowledgeable, anticipated our needs and did not rush us and offered assistance with the menu. Because it was lunch we all enjoyed varied small meals. We enjoyed a meatball sandwich with 3 large meatballs on fresh bun with delicious sauce and cheese was served with a lovely house salad; a large beet salad: fresh focaccia bread with oil and balsamic vinegar; and a cheeseball with tons of fresh bread. All of the food was delicious. Because it was a birthday lunch , the birthday girl received a praline butter tart gelato which we all sampled. We felt like we were not rushed and everything was served in a timely manner. It's a bit pricey but well worth it. It has a lovely decor with some partitioned and semi private. The only negative is that it was a bit noisy, which seems to be a common occurrence in todays restaurants.

Our waiter was excellent, very attentive, and helpful. He was there before we needed him. Three out of four really enjoyed the meals; I however found thee sauce on the veal way too salty and the accompanying potatoes hard. I will go back again, and be more specific about what I order and how it should be cooked.

Awesome spot! Got some great meat from the butcher and stopped by the café. Everything was great and our barista Macy was very friendly. My wife and I are planning on trying the restaurant attached for our upcoming anniversary!
