On January 7, 2025, we ordered two Chicken on the Rock and one Chicken Salad. The salad was okay, but nothing special. The main issue was with the fries, which were rotten, smelled bad, and were bland without any salt. I initially thought it was just one portion, but both portions were the same. As a result, our stomachs became upset, and we experienced dysentery. The service was poor as well. I urge everyone to be cautious when trying this outlet. We have been regular customers in the past, and it has always been good, so I'm not sure if it’s a new team or a change in management that led to this decline in quality.

Excellent service, menu well explained, friendly staff.

We ordered a large catering order from Osmow’s. They were so helpful every step of the way and sent us home with amazing food! They went above and beyond to accommodate us. Highly recommend!

The wraps are just not up to par with a non franchised shawarma place. I wouldn't recommend it when there are better places In town. The staff are friendly and it's convenient if you're going to Trent but otherwise not worth going for me. I believe the shwarma fries were pretty good though!

First and last time eating here, I ordered a chicken shwarma wrap with onions pickles, lettuce And mild sauce. What I got Was a chicken squirma wrap with no onions or pickles and the hottest sauce.They have and a ton of hot peppers after the third bite.I threw it out the window.Cost me eighteen bucks for 4 hours of heartburn. Never again clearly they don't listen when you order.

It's always a fantastic experience going in and grabbing food, I have been going to this location for years. The staff are happy to serve you. You either leave full after eating in, or you fill your vehicle up with a mouth-watering aroma on your way home!

Twice now I've asked for my beef shawarma to be mild and received something so spicy it was harldy edible. Caesar salad had very little dressing and had zero bacon bits or parm cheese. Also made with dirty iceberg instead of romaine. I've ordered these same items from Trenton location and was very happy with the product. No more will I be visiting the Peterborough location
