On balance, it was ordinary. I prefer the smaller mom and pop shops. However I had one major problem: I ordered a wrap with medium spice. It was mostly ok, but the last bite was all super hot sauce. It was awful, and completely ruined the whole sandwich. I am in pain.
Medium spice should NOT be a small amount of very hot sauce, because this kind of mistake can happen. Sauces should be premixed. I'd expect a chain to be on top of that.

I like spicy. I really like spicy. I'm often disappointed when restaurants warn me about the spiciness and the spiciness is nothing to write home about. That being said, don't tell Osmow's to make you regret it. They will hahaha. Still delicious but I'll order it a little spicier than medium next time lol. Thanks, guys! That was awesome!

There was an issue with an irate delivery driver that they resolved with professionalism and grace, but also by making me feel that my order was as important to them as it was to me. Thats is why I will trust them with my order again.
