ordered salami but they dont have it so they called right away and asked if i could change my preference. They even gave us free drink and sauces. Nice move

Last week I had food poisoning from the pizza. I called the next day and asked to speak to a manager. I was told the manager wouldn’t be there until 5 o’clock. So I called back at 5 o’clock, and the manager still wasn’t available. The next day I called again and asked for a manager after 5 o’clock I was told the manager is not there. After four attempts in calling and speaking to the manager about my food poisoning and leaving my number with a request to hear back from the manager, they still didn’t call so hoping to get a refund for my pizza, I walked into the pizza store and handed them the box of the remainder of the pizza, and I was told the manager is not there and I would not get a refund. I am a senior on a budget, will never order from them again. And further I will call Peterborough Public Health. Whatever happened to customer service? I was treated rudely and ignored, and I think that is deplorable.

well i ordered some wings yesterday i come back to them to eat some when i felt something in my mouth it was literally beard hair im disgusted and probably will think twice about ordering here

Editing my review again based on speaking to the manager. Appreciate them reaching out to fix the problem and am happy with the resolution. Knocking off a star over all as the issue should have never happened but based on what's going on here I'm trying to be a bit understanding and will give them another chance.
Editing my review to reflect my most recent order. I love Papa John's so you can imagine my disappointment when I ordered a medium but ended up with a small. If you can even call it that. So much crust and skimpy with the toppings. Not what I expected at all considering how happy I was with my last order. I called to let them know and was told the manager would call me. That never happened. Unfortunately this is the closest location to me but might have to give the other location a try next time if I even bother ordering from them again at all.
Original review: Just ordered for delivery tonight. Delivery was so fast pizza was still piping hot when I got it. Toppings were generous, pizza was delicious and service was friendly!

This is one of the worst place I went as a delivery driver. Employees at the store have the worst attitude. I went there with a thermal bag and employee at the front said cancel the order because I don’t have pizza bag. I was taking this order along with a bigger order from another restaurant, so have to take this in a thermal bag. Since I came across such a scenario first time, I cancelled the order to deliver the other one. When I called uber support they told me store is not supposed to do that. Trying to make me cancel the order, what a joke this place.
