We ordered Greek pizza initially. Immediately after paying we asked them to please make it thin crust. They had just laid down the dough, there was no topping or anything done yet. They were very rude and made faces when we asked them for thin crust. Then also, the pizza we got was not thin crust. The taste was bland. They were nice in the beginning.

Ordered the Pesto chicken delight pizza on a cauliflower crust. Total cost was $44.62. Order was for pickup at 6:00 pm. I arrived at about 5:55 and the pizza was ready (yay) only to get home (<5 minutes away) and find the pizza was lukewarm and had obviously been ready for some time (the box was quite greasy). As for the chicken ... barely any and what was there was diced so small I had to look for it. Disappointed is putting it mildy

UPDATE: the last two weeks I have placed orders over the phone for pick up seem to have had mix ups. When a family member arrived to pick up, both times they were told there was no order. It’s pretty frustrating as this is not just a one off now that it has happened a second time. Never had a bad pizza or salad from Papa’s. Toppings are plentiful and fresh. Staff seem to change frequently but that is the nature of this type of business. Delivery guys are fantastic!! Parking if you are picking up is free and right out front of the shop. No eat-in option. I miss the taco salad made with Doritos!
