We ordered some pizza’s through Skip the Dishes.. Skip the Dishes misrepresented the pizza I ordered, so needless to say I was disappointed when it arrived.. I called Papa’s Pizzaland and they said that Skip the Dishes had made a mistake..
I contacted Skip the Dishes and they gave us a credit..
25 mins later we see someone pull into our driveway.. It was Papa’s Pizzaland delivering the pizza we originally wanted in a larger size for no charge..!! What amazing customer service.!!
My recommendation, order directly through Papa’s Pizzaland and avoid the Skip the Dishes issues…

Honestly so disappointed. Ordered through Skip, took the restaurant 40 minutes to accept our order. After calling them they blamed Skip, although Skip said it took them 40 minutes to accept the order ( Long enough or skip to contact the restaurant to check in on the order status) No discount or compensation was offered. Our pizza was lukewarm, my son's pizza was overdone and the Caesar salad was lackluster. Our order cost $94. Next time I'll save 60 bucks and order Domino's.

Absolutely unacceptable experience at Papaās Pizzaland in Peterborough. I went in to pick up an order and was shocked by how poorly the staff behaved. First of all, they didnāt even give me my full orderā30 wings and an entire pizza were missing. Thatās not a small mistake. When I realized and went back to get the missing items, things only got worse.
One of the delivery guys, who was oddly working behind the counter and wearing sunglasses indoors, was incredibly rude. He used foul language in front of other customers and had a terrible attitude like he couldnāt be bothered to help. There was no apology, no professionalism, and no sense of responsibility from anyone working there.
Instead of fixing their mistake politely, they made the situation worse with their behavior. This isnāt how you treat customers who are paying for your service. The whole experience was stressful, disrespectful, and disappointing. I honestly regret giving this place my order, and I wonāt be making that mistake again.
Avoid this place if you want decent service and respectāthere are much better pizza spots in Peterborough that actually value their customers.

Fantastic pizza joint. Iāve been ordering from there for 7 years and itās always great. For the first time ever a topping was missed on my order and they didnāt hesitate for a second to send out another pizza when the issue was brought up. Saved the kids pizza party. Canāt recommend them enough.

Really liked the sauce, you could see little flecks of seasoning. The crust was perfectly cooked, very soft and pillowy just slightly crisp on the bottom. Not greasy. Loved it.

Both my wife and I have tried calling numerous times for the past two hours. First time to orderā¦ never again. Canāt review the pizzaā¦ BECAUSE WE DIDNāT GET ANY!

Purchased the Oct special and was charged more than what was advertised. Questioned the very rude male at the cash. He told me it was because we ordered pizza with premium ingredients. I explained that no where on the ad does it say there is added cost for anything. The very rude male cashier said it does then went to get manager. Who was even more rude. This was one of my favourite places to get pizza as the staff was always very polite and friendly. The last few times I have purchased here something has changed. All I can say good customer service in a small town should be too prioritized. Paying for the premium ingredients was not the problem it was that they are false advertising not posting added cost for premium ingredients and then the terrible customer service had brought me to post my experience. Very very rude employee and manager of this establishment

Went there to pick up a slice, the guy working there was outside having a cigarette. He walked right in behind the counter, started serving, not a sign of washing his hands at all. Didnāt even get to try the food as I left.
