Ordered three pizzas… over $100. It’s been over 3 hours and their website states they are now sold out and “see you at 11:00am.” Of course, they charged my card. Both my wife and I have tried calling numerous times for the past two hours. First time to order… never again. Can’t review the pizza… BECAUSE WE DIDN’T GET ANY!

Purchased the Oct special and was charged more than what was advertised. Questioned the very rude male at the cash. He told me it was because we ordered pizza with premium ingredients. I explained that no where on the ad does it say there is added cost for anything. The very rude male cashier said it does then went to get manager. Who was even more rude. This was one of my favourite places to get pizza as the staff was always very polite and friendly. The last few times I have purchased here something has changed. All I can say good customer service in a small town should be too prioritized. Paying for the premium ingredients was not the problem it was that they are false advertising not posting added cost for premium ingredients and then the terrible customer service had brought me to post my experience. Very very rude employee and manager of this establishment

Went there to pick up a slice, the guy working there was outside having a cigarette. He walked right in behind the counter, started serving, not a sign of washing his hands at all. Didn’t even get to try the food as I left.

Ordered 3 medium pizzas for $90. Probably a bit expensive but wanted to give the place a try.1- Paparonni pizza, 2-Greek pizza with fresh garlic & 3-Pulled Pork pizza with hot peppers. Paparonni kid liked the sauce and liked the pizza?. Greek pizza was found to be rather dry, not sure why other than not enough pizza sauce & could not find much of the fresh garlic ($2.09 extra) but lots of the other toppings it comes with. Pulled pork pizza was tasty but lacked in pulled pork topping and hot peppers ($2.09 extra).Delivery time was top notch as it was to be delivered by 6:26pm but it arrived at around 6pm and the pizza was hot. Willing to give Papaland pizza another try.

I rank tonight's experience as 0 stars. For $95... the order was 2 large pizza's, 1 order of wings and deep fried cheese curds... pre -included a tip. The delivery came and no one told the driver that we ordered wings and deep fried cheese curds... so he threw us $27 and said sorry... so for $68 we got two large pizzas and two pizza sauces... too bad for us we had to order more food from elsewhere to feed our other guests... which we also had to pay delivery and tip on... we have called to speak with the manager... but we were told "they are busy with the dinner rush"... one of the pizza's was not even sliced. We are done with Papa's

After waiting 1 1/2 hours for our pizza, my gluten free pizza was so over cooked the outer part was hard enough to break my teeth and the inner part was tough like leather. I called and they said they would try to send something out but they were busy, then twenty five minutes later I get a new pizza that isn’t cooked, the dough isn’t cooked, it’s powdery and the green peppers are crunchy. I’ve ordered from here so much and this is beyond disappointing. I get mistakes happen but after getting an uncooked pizza after an overcooked, paper thin pizza and waiting 2 hours when I was already sick and exhausted to begin with is pretty upsetting.

Papa Land is a good pizza but it is not what it used to be before the menu change of unlimited toppings.
Prices stay the same, but the quantity of the toppings placed on the pizza have decreased that you can almost count your toppings.

I have order from here in the past and the food was always good but after this experience I will never order from here again. My pizza was so thin that there was almost no crust and had so much sauce on it my fingers went through when I tried to pick a piece up. The mushrooms I ordered weren't on it but the bacon crumble I didn't ask for was. You could taste anything but pizza sauce. The pizza was unevenly cut so the piece were all different sizes. My husband and 4 year old had pepperoni and cheese that tasted awful. It took an hour and 20 mins for it to be delivered and when we got it the pizzas they were barely warm. I couldn't eat it because it was so bad. I tried to call the store to speak with a manager -over 30 times -and couldn't get ahold of anyone despite it being within business hours. Worse 64 bucks I have ever spent.
