Placed an order online and did not mark my orders with proper instruction.Through Skip the Dishes. When arrived it was with numbers not letters that I had sent on special instructions. they tried to blame Skip, but it was their problem for not reading special instructions. After 2 phone calls I finally explained to the young lady that this is restaurant issue and not Skip error. So was kindly resent my original dinner. Just waiting for it now. Thank you as do love Pita Pit. Hopefully when this arrives it will be right.

I ordered the halloumi sticks on 31st December. This guy literally made soggy cheese sticks without any flavour. Have tried pita pit before and this is not even the recipe. Fix this!! Not worth my money.

I order from here a lot on Skip the Dishes, and I usually have no issues, I love Pita Pit. However, the last 2 times they have messed up my order. And I understand it might be because they are out of the product but still. I ordered 2 chocolate chip cookies with my pita tonight, but was sent 4 white chocolate macadamia nut ones. I’m allergic to all nuts and there couldn’t eat them. Last week I order Ruffles all dressed chips with my pita. I was sent Miss Vickies jalapeño and cheddar sun chips. I don’t like spice and can’t eat cheese, so I couldn’t have either. It’s just very frustrating that I’m paying for something, not receiving it, and then getting something I can’t even eat instead. Not impressed. Won’t being ordering from here again for while.
