Went to pita pit on Lansdowne around 12pm today. Saw multiple health violations while getting my pita. Lots of cross contamination/lack of experience.
While the girl was making my pita there was spilt ranch on the area where they prepare the pitas and she picked it up with her gloves and then proceeded to look to see if others were watching then she wiped it on her apron. I had fuzzies in my pita due to this which was disgusting!
Also while making my pita another coworker asked the girl making my pita a question and she pointed to another customers pita with product from my pita in her hand, almost dropping it into the other customers pita.
The girl on the grill had gloves on but she never changed them when she touched different meats/ vegetables. Due to this I had chicken in my Philly steak pita. She also didn’t change utensils nor clean the grill after using different meats on it.
The whole 30 minutes I was there not one person changed their gloves to prevent contamination.
I don’t normally leave reviews but I had to leave one today due to the absolute shock of how things were.
I will never be going to this location ever again! From now on I’ll be going to the George st N because they do an amazing job there and I’ve never had any complaints for over a year of going there.
Only reason I went was due to power outages. Hoping that all this was due to it just being busy but I doubt that was the case.

The toppings were not as stated. Employees later on said that we don't carry those toppings, whereas while placing the order, they confirmed the toppings. Expected a standard service after tipping heavy.

just threw my pita in the garbage on the way out the door Absolutely disgusting. The 2 girls are working on the yogurt machine and using the same gloves while switching back and forth to make my pita. Not my first experience seeing something like that here... waste of my money.

My spouse had recent encounter with this establishment where she was harassed and questioned about allergies by a manager. This is unacceptable behaviour. She was refused a refund until she mentioned she will speak to the franchise operator. We will no longer be attending this franchise. If I could rate a zero I would.

Friendly staff, my pita was yummy, I’m just struggling to see the value at almost $16 for a small pita unfortunately, without a drink or any sides. I left hungry still.
Ordered 2 chicken bowls and the amount of chicken in each one amounted to no more than a TEASPOON. I kid you not. It's a joke. Its mean to be a "chicken" bowl, meaning predominately full of chicken not 1% chicken, 9% salad, and 90% rice. I had to go home and cook a chicken and add it. No one should have to do that. Absolutely disgusting experience. I will not be coming back. You have lost a customer for life. And don't blame the girl working there as this has occurred to MULTIPLE customers over the last 2 years. I bought the bowls at 999 Lansdowne St #7, Peterborough, ON K9J 1Z9 store on Friday, August 30th between 5:30pm and 5:50pm. Management should be ashamed. I know the games they are playing with customers to reduce costs. I won't be returning. Hopefully customers boycott this company and this store and it shuts.
