Went to this Pizza Hut at 5:08 pm on May 15th, 2024. We have ordered pizza and wings here in the past with no issues, but on Wednesday May 15 things were different. I was told at 5:08 pm that my wings were “just being sauced” by a young gent. I proceeded to sit and wait another 30 minutes for my wings and the order I was given was wrong. Wing Street was a failure to launch tonight for me and the family. The whole time I was waiting a lady in grey long sleeve shirt rotated between what appeared to be a computer and the beverage fridge. Not once did any staff keep me informed on my order including the lady in the grey shirt. The lady I spoke to on the phone about my incorrect ordered was uncooperative and difficult to communicate with. I was offered a $9 credit when my whole order should have been refunded. She was more interested in the one item being wrong while willfully ignoring the whole terrible experience we had. This might have been a good time to try a little something called “customer retention.” I usually like to order here but I won’t be for a bit. Very disappointing.

two large pizzas, two orders of bread sticks. $45 for undercooked, almost unedited pizza, almost a party spoiler, thank God for the cake and ice cream, huge disappointment!

Even with the dining room permanently shut down, they are the only ones who addressed my order correctly and made it the most delicious pizza I have had in a while.

Called to ask for the pizza well done it was so raw the pieces couldn't even pull apart and I had to cook it myself do yourself a favour and make it at home or get pizza from another place ridiculous how much this happens what's worse is this was my free pizza after 5 orders so had to spend over 100 just to get it and they send this pizza hut needs to do better I'll be calling some higher ups tomorrow enough is enough

Ordered online, went in store 10minutes later to pay. Not in a rush, but I then sat in store for 46 minutes waiting on my single order ($30, it was a MyBox and an order of wings) I had 2 delivery drivers in store for 10minutes, who ran a delivery and came back then left again in the time I waited. Normally a decent spot, but wow.I was asked multiple times what I'm waiting on, yet there were 13 other orders that walked in and received larger orders right away.Not coming back folks, be better
