Update:

30m later refire got delivered and it's perfect like the other deliveries were. I don't understand why they wouldn't just offer to make it this way in the first place rather than try fluff it. For now, I can say I'll keep ordering there since they made right with the mistake and hopefully it's remains a positive experience.

Thank you to the driver who understood why we asked for a refire. We're not sure where the blame lies; and honestly people fall it's fine, glad you could deliver the refire understanding that.

It's unfortunate - the last 3 orders got a perfect review on their email requests - this last order was under-par. It's not about whether the pizza is just edible or not, it's a matter of presentation as well; a pizza is not and should never be treated as a panzerotti. Shame because you can tell it came out of the oven flawlessly, no cook want's their pizza to look as ours did.

We understand in this household with kids, accidents happen - but we don't put our accidents onto other people to make it right, so why should a business not make it right with consumers?

You can see by the damage of the box, that someone slipped into it, likely landed their palm and crushed the top side box into the pizzas that were stacked. There is some cheese and toppings, that were separated from the crust. It's not the end of the world, the second pizza was curled up on one side, which I assume is due to crushing. However that's not what we paid $50 after taxes, delivery charge and tip for. If one isn't going give a care about presentation then lose the delivery charge; they are only a couple of blocks away, so they can't claim it waste gas.

The restaurant (have no idea who in charge that day) originally offered my spouse $20 credit - but both pizzas got damaged, and so did the box, why would that be acceptable? On the next call they finally agreed to send a refire (assuming they don't tamper with it) I'll re-edit the post to reflect it, should we get it. If not my review will reflect even lower.

Some may feel this is just about entitlement, but when you charge X amount for a service and meal - whether you dine in, take out or deliver; you should take ownership of your mistakes and not pass it on to the consumer to feel bad for wanting things made right.

Just ordered & devoured a small pizza of pure perfection! It was hot & absolutely delicious. Thank you for such a perfectly made & delivered pizza! The pizza was exactly how it should be (don’t scimp on toppings) & the delivery man was quick & personable.

Horrible treatment of staff, management provides critism without the constructive part and bully teenagers. The people who work there are so good, please tip them if you buy from them, but overall please do not support this Pizza Hut

Though I'm not a very frequent flyer here, this pizza hut has fed us on those late days when you don't feel like making anything. Never had any complaints or dissatisfaction. My most recent order today there was a mix up with one of the pizzas in the kitchen but they promptly made it right! Thanks pizza hut staff. Plus I scored a free pizza that was the wrong one so can't complain 😂.

Absolutely awful experience today. It’s my partners birthday and I specifically asked for no ranch sauce in the Nashville hot pizza. They put ranch on it and when I called to ask for a remake, I was told that “No ranch” was not specified even though I had the receipt to prove it. Then I was hung up on by whoever I was speaking too after being put on hold. I’ve never had this happen before and I am extremely disappointed that it happened at all. I went in instead after being hung up on and had to wait another 15 mins only for them to put ranch on it again. I was extremely disappointed and will not be doing business here again.

Really disappointed with my recent order. Hardly any toppings, and the whole pizza was so greasy it felt like I was just eating oily bread. Not worth the price.

Their handcrafted bbq chicken pizza is the BEST ! I lived over a pizza place yrs ago. Since then can’t eat pizza…. Until I found the bbq chicken pizza at Pizza Hut! 10/10!!

Below average greasy pizza with minimal topping and care for the customers order . 0 sauce and half the toppings ordered because I ordered double . Children running the restaurant won’t get you anywhere successfully . Please do better . The second pizza was not much better and it did not sit right in my stomach what a shame . Worst pizza franchise in Peterborough.

DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION!!!
Something is wrong with the crust recipe. This is the second time I’ve gotten flat stuffed crust pizzas from this location (maybe they’re skipping ingredients?). They also didn’t include the marinara sauce for the mozza sticks (that I specifically called and inquired about after placing the online order), and half of the mozza sticks LITERALLY DIDNT HAVE CHEESE IN THEM????? Go to the Landsdowne location, or a cheaper place to get higher quality pizzas.

One pizza was missing sauce and topping for more than half of it.
Both pizzas burnt.

It’s good but too expensive. This location doesn’t make it worth the extra $$ IMO

The hut always hits the spot. I order from this location since it's close to the house for pickup, the employers are great and the pizza is always made perfect.

Good pizza and great customer service. Doordash delivered pizza to the wrong address & the manager at this location had ir resolved instantly. Fast delivery!

Large meat lovers. Enough said.
