Pizza Hut Peterborough

Received the wrong order after ordering through the app. Owner contacted me, apologized and offered a credit that was more than my original order. Great customer service and the good was great.

Stopped in after work for quick pan pizza. Staff were very pleasant, attentive, polite... service was great.
Very quick (within cooking parameters) and fresh and hot. Decided to eat at one of the few tables they had - lady at counter came and gave me napkins and even did a table check. (These tables are not for dine in table service - only if you choose to sit and eat your takeout).
Food was delicious and hit the spot.
Great overall experience.

Terrible customer service from the manager (he hung up on me). My order was never received but when I called in they said the order was received by a man…I’m a woman. And I was blamed for the incompetence of the driver. ORDER FROM ANYWHERE ELSE!!!

My wife ordered delivery yesterday and it took 1 hour and 45 minutes. They delivered it to two different places first and had to be remade twice. They didn’t even offer her a discount or anything. Terrible service!!!! Not likely to order from there again!!!

Had a pizza for take out on 1st May, 2024. Order Numb: 207 for pickup. Ordered small pizza and all toppings were vegetables as we are strict vegeterian. The staff working there added a becon in my pizza and when we went home we saw there was a becon in the pizza which is not at all acceptable.

I went back to store and lady said we cant do anything and offered me another pizza. Who would like to have another pizza if there kitchen is not clean and does not maintain hygiene. The lady there argued to give me credit on my phone number which i didnt want and wanted a full refund on my order since it was a big mistake committed by the staff wotking there. I will sue them in the court and send a legal notice for this issue.

I went this store and asked for washroom I am a uride driver and it was an emergency that want to use washroom , and the staff just denied to use washroom and said washroom is not working, what does that mean it is clearly racism because I am an international student here, Its my humble request to pizza hut higher management please take a look this kind of staff. It was very bad experience for me and I will never visit this store even for food also. ☹️
