I received the 40 minutes or free guarantee with my order as time was short today and my kids were hungry, so I thought I'd give this location a try again after a poor experience before. Fail. After 38 minutes the driver called me from the car telling me lies about why the order will be 10 minutes late but that I won't get the guarantee because it was a shortage of drivers and he was kitchen staff so the guarantee doesnt apply, but I'll get one free can of pop.. but the name on the caller ID was the name of the assigned driver in the app.. I inquired about the guarantee I was given at the time of ordering but he preferred I canceled the order and didn't receive anything over me getting it for free under the guarantee. I'll never spend my money here.. oh, and my email says I received the order when I did not. Don't order here. They don't care about theirs customers or honoring their guarantee.
