Very slow service. About 10 people in line and about 12 cooked pizzas ready to go out sitting on top of one of the ovens the guy behind the counter was just wandering around the kitchen ignoring people asking when the food was coming out. I left after about 10 minutes and hadn't even placed an order yet. I won't be back.

Alright, I'm getting pretty sick & tired at attempting to speak with someone who is unable to grasp the English language fluently or even close to. When my order is incorrect due to a language barrier this is unacceptable. This is Canada NOT India....after working 13hrs on a Friday i should be able to order Pizza Pizza without having to use a damn translator. This is the 3rd time I've gone into the Lansdown st location to find your employees working the counter are not sufficiently able to speak English & I find it extremely rude. It's going to have me going elsewhere from now on like Dominoes, or Pizza Nova due to this disregard for your customers.

Pizza was good , but I recommend ,if we added red onions you would baked it would be taste much different . It was good it was only suggestion … we didn’t expect that way but we still enjoyed it !!

I used to go pizza pizza regularly but now it’s weird because i went today. The store was so hot. It was terrible and i even can stand over there. The temperature was around 90. Even dining area was full with mosquitoes. I found one died mosquito in my pizza. If you guys can fix your store’s air conditioning system it would probably provide the guests better experience.
