I tried Alo prantha. It was kind of smelly may be they made it with mustard oil don’t know and the stuffing inside it was like disappear somewhere. Wastage of money, will never try that again . The quantity of raita(curd) was less as we thought as compared to money .

What can I say about this place ? If you feel nothing can get worse in your life , you should visit this place. It will put your life in perspective.

Let me start with the appetisers. Me and my friends had a detailed discussion about what would be the best choice from their long list of options . We settled with chicken pakora , fish tikka and chicken tikka .
Chicken pakora - you know how when we deep fry chicken and are left with the crumbs in the pan latter . We were served those crumbs . No , not along with the chicken . Just the crumbs . Maybe chicken popcorn would have been a better word to describe the dish , but it was not even really that. It was literally just batter . 8 tiniest pieces of batter .

Fish tikka - the fisherman that caught this fish would have cried after eating this dish. Oily , smelly , tiny and a huge disrespect to the fish community .

Chicken tikka - We got two plates of these. Didn’t even bother opening the second box . We didn’t feel like chewing through another box of rubber . There is overcooked and then there is this chicken. It was probably cooked for at least a full day for it to taste this rubbery!

After we recovered from this initial shock we moved on to try their star dish - Biryani . This is one dish that cannot go wrong. No matter how bad of a cook you are Biryani is mostly edible . Or so I thought . This was the WORST biryani of our lives. Chicken and mutton was again overcooked . Rice was having a very strong smell of God knows what essence . Every bite brought such pain to our taste buds. It was a complete torture to our senses .

I am writing this review after a week of eating their food so one can imagine the lasting impact this place left on me. If this was their aim , well they succeeded.

And who on earth gives sweet chutney with chicken and fish tikka ???!

Holy smokes, spicy af, the beef and chicken biriyani both tasted kind of similar. But the one star ⭐ goes to the spice level of the food. Literally mouth on fire. It's there to boost sales of drinks which are also the general ones, nothing special.

Wonderful staff with delicious food. Ordered beef biriyani, plain rice and beef curry. Food was really tasty and delicious l. Love this place ❤️

We had beef biryani today. My husband is very particular about trying biryani. We both loved it quantity was good. Meat qty was good too. Defiantly coming back again.

We are from Toronto and driving to Ottawa we found this place, everything is fresh made to order and delicious.
The service is excellent and friendly, the place is very clean.
We highly recommend you this place for travelers and locals if you want to try traditional Bangladeshi food & halal.
Price is low for the quality.
