I rarely leave reviews, but our recent visit to Red Lobster Peterborough deserves an honest one.
Right after we took our very first bite of our entrées, the manager came to the table and asked us to leave a review. At that point we hadn’t even had a chance to evaluate the meal. Once they walked away, we discovered the pasta side dish was completely cold.
Our server didn’t check on us until we were essentially done eating. At that point we requested take out containers and explained that the pasta had been cold from the start, her response was simply, “That means something is wrong in the kitchen,” and she walked away to warn the kitchen. No solution, no apology, no offer to remake the dish or make things right. And that was the end of it.
There was zero resolution. You'd think a complaint would warrant the manager returning to the table to at least apologize? Maybe because I didn't make a big deal about it, was kind and considerate, that it wasn't worth addressing? I'll never know. But the manager now gets the review they wanted so desperately.
In a time when money is tight and going out to eat is becoming more and more expensive, it makes me wonder why people still bother when some restaurants aren’t putting in the effort to earn or retain your business. Unfortunately, this visit made it clear that customer experience just isn’t a priority here.

I don’t go to Red lobster often, BUT!! When I do I always call and make sure Hailey is working. She is the most kind young lady. I had the absolute best dinner experience at Red lobster Peterborough location. My wife and I were walk ins. We’re pleasantly greeted by the hostess with a warm smile. And taken to our table. Were we had the absolutely most beautiful waitress I had ever seen. I’ll never forget her name. Nakeeta. She was so sweet and kind. She was hustling her little caboose off. We always had biscuits. She was quick to take our orders. Quick to take our empties dishes or glasses. She came around the table enough to make sure we were always topped off but not enough to where we got annoyed. It was the perfect balance. The food was amazing!! I had the surf and turf and my wife had the chicken Alfredo. The food came out steaming hot. And delicious. The only downside to the whole experience was to find out Nakeeta was married to a handsome 6’3 farmer.

I had a great experience at this Red Lobster when I went for dinner yesterday! Not only was the food delicious, but the service was outstanding. I accidentally left my prescription glasses behind, and our server, Carlie, went above and beyond to make sure I got them back. They were incredibly kind, and genuinely cared about helping me out. It’s rare to see that level of customer service these days, and I’m really grateful. Highly recommend this location for both the food and the amazing people working there!

Went to the Peterborough Red Lobster location for my birthday dinner. First and foremost our server Autumn was wonderful. She greeted us warmly and asked if we were celebrating a special occasion . I could go on and describe the whole experience but I would writing for a couple of pages. Let's just say that Autumn was beyond helpful. Guiding me through my menu choice as I am gluten intolerant. Her service was above and beyond. She chatted and helped make my day even more special. An amazing young woman with wonderful people and communication skills . Thank you Autumn. And the food was nice and hot and delicious. The only reason I didn't give the food full stars was they were out of the seasoning for my seafood boil. And my corn was a bit overboiled so it was chewy,,not tender. But overall a great experience Friday evening.
