Service was slow - had to ask a couple of times for drinks + my wife tripped on her way in on what was suppose to be a wheelchair access ramp and fell on her face

We were at Red Lobster last evening, and totally enjoyed our experience. The staff are always a pleasure, and really take the time to accommodate us. Each time we ask for a booth, and this is ready for us at the time that we asked for..never late. Love it. No worries when we make our appointment with Open Table. The staff at the front entrance immediately check their table arrangements, and we were taken to our table. This time (we have sat in many areas of the Peterborough Red Lobster) we were taken to the East Room. This room was large, pleasant quiet and tables plus booths were arranged for a variety of families which included birthday, booths for 2 or 3 or more, and/or tables pushed together when needed. Just a outstanding evening for us. We eat a Red Lobster often due to the pleasant experience, and the meals. Never a failed meal, thank you chef!

My family wife and I went to celebrate my sisters and mines birthday. A tradition we’ve had since my sister and I were 4. Carlie was our server and she did a spectacular job, even hooked us all up with lobster necklaces and was incredibly friendly and funny. Celebrating our 25th and 19th birthday here this year. As always it was spectacular and incredibly filling. Highly recommend the stuffed mushrooms appetizer and the Brussels sprouts side dish. Simply delicious. If you’re looking for a fun night out or celebrating something. Definitely come here
