Restaurant and staff were very friendly and inviting. I order 2 sandwiches 1/2 lbs corned beef and 1/2 lbs pastrami. It was probably the worst version of those sandwiches I have ever had, the meat was pre sliced in a bag and when ordered it was dumped onto a flat top to heat it up, meat came out greasy in some spots and bone dry in others neither tasted like there classic version. Needless to say I will not order food from there again , oh well live and learn.I know I did and hopefully Sams does the same.

I can't wait to be back in this city just to come here. There kettle chips and dip was amazing, the Greek salad was on par and my jerk turkey sandwich was fire! My step mom got the classic turkey sandwich and was thoroughly impressed! Highly recommend!
When someone tells you these are the best damn Sandwiches in town - believe them and start the car (or your preferred mode of transportation). My fave is the jerk turkey. Two words for you: soul food.

Chill vibe, and amazing sandwiches and combos. This is place is so special - I wish it was open on Sundays (but I get it, you deserve a day off).
I was hesitant at first when my brother recommended a sandwich place in Peterborough but this place blew my mind. Our who group LOVED the sandwiches and soup. Best we’ve had! The Rueben was a hit with the group! Awesome atmosphere and love the little salt and pepper shaker collection.

We were in town unexpectedly and needed food. As i’m gluten free I looked up GF options and found Sam’s Place. wow! the sandwiches were awesome and delicious, even the GF bread which is saying a lot. We did takeout and everything was well wrapped and prepared.
