I was hesitant at first when my brother recommended a sandwich place in Peterborough but this place blew my mind. Our who group LOVED the sandwiches and soup. Best we’ve had! The Rueben was a hit with the group! Awesome atmosphere and love the little salt and pepper shaker collection.

We were in town unexpectedly and needed food. As i’m gluten free I looked up GF options and found Sam’s Place. wow! the sandwiches were awesome and delicious, even the GF bread which is saying a lot. We did takeout and everything was well wrapped and prepared.

It’s been the best place in Peterborough for Sandwiches since it opened. The staff are amazing and the vibes are immaculate. The Italian Club, the Beef Brisket, the California Club, the Summer Salad (IYKYK), and the beet salad gave me heart now and forever.

Yet another reason to shop local. We went for my wife's bday lunch as it was recommended through her work that Sam's caters their lunch and learn sessions. Absolutely awesome In all aspects. Highly recommend.

Best sandwiches in town! Great meats + Vegan and vegetarian options available. Friendly welcoming staff who make you feel right at home and like to laugh :) I highly recommend this Peterborough staple to anyone looking for some good food PS the pickles are to die for!

First time...food was fabulous the bacon was probably the best Ive ever had..service was good...busy at noon. My husband had the club and enjoyed it plus the pickle on the side.
Only complaint..which wouldnt decrease my rating is the dining area was very cold.

Best samwhiches in town! Prices are very reasonable considering the quality and time necessary to prep the food. Meats smoked in house, best sides in the city and never disappointed! Everything is home made and locally sourced. A Peterborough staple! Don't listen to the deli meat crowd that give low reviews expecting Arbys!! Sam knows what she is doing!
