Just had lunch here a few days ago and was SO impressed! The decor and vibes are perfect along with a sweet collection of S&P shakers. The variety of sandwich options here is insane. I was particularly impressed by their vegetarian options! I had the Vegetarian Boyfriend and the potato salad and it was fire. Great spot!

We were visiting Peterborough for the weekend for my son's hockey tournament and I was excited to try this place based on the reviews and the menu. I love a good corned beef sandwich. The sandwich was good but not great. Instead of being slices of corned beef it was like it was shredded corned beef and it just didn't work very well with the sandwich. So the sandwich was just okay. Great sandwich! They cure their meats in house, and you can tell. The sandwiches are freshly prepared after you order, and served with a juicy pickle. I got the cuban on gluten free bread.

When talking with a local we said we went to a sandwich shop for dinner, and she asked which one. When we said Sam’s place, she said “Oh that’s the good one” and we knew we made the right choice.
