I ordered over Uber Eats. IThe bruschetta did not arrive at all. The steak was very small not satisfied.

Showed up on a Thurs afternoon right before a major sporting event to 2 servers running the whole joint and the dude who probably decided they only hire blondes and force em to wear black skirts seating people.

It's loud, with a load of TVs everywhere as you'd expect, but whoever setup those speakers needs another shot, you can't make out any sound unless you are standing right at the bar.

The lighting is all over the place, some seats you can hardly see your food if it's not a bright sunny day outside.

Food was as middle of the road as you'd expect, I got 2 lbs of wings where I for sure paid more for skin, bone, and sauce than anything.

Company got a burger, smash burgers double the diameter of the bun are comical at best, they said the best part was the sweet potato fries...

The menus here are borderline AI slop. 2 giant slabs containing a list of food loads of people in town do better. They didnt even bother to put a basic drinks list.

Took about 20 min from sitting down to having our order taken, maybe 35 for the food to show up, and I had to get up, and find the server to ask for to go containers after we spent about 20 more min trying to flag her down.

I'll never be back here, ever again. Food was beyond forgettable, and it was a complete waste of my night.

Greeter and server Emma were very pleasant. Ordered 1/2 rack of ribs. The ribs were over-boiled so much they were like overcooked fish. Horrible. Apparently there’s a new menu here and the cooks are getting used to it. Not the quality I’ve come to expect from this location, I doubt I’ll be returning.

We just ate there tonight for dinner. Our server Bailey was nice polite and efficient. The fish and chips were alright fish was soggy gravy was extra $2.00 . brushetta was too crunchy and hatd . too expensive overall. I wouldnt go back no choice on the menu either. Overall dissappointing.

My husband just brought me home chicken strips & fries. To be honest it was the worst I’ve ever had. Fries were gross, I would prefer McDonalds fries over these, so that’s saying a lot and the strips were over cooked and dry. Would not get again. Very disappointed especially since everything is so expensive now, couldn’t even eat it.

Claire is AMAZING!! We showed up with only 30 minutes until closing and she still welcomed us in with the biggest smile and such great energy. The vibes were unreal and she made the whole experience so enjoyable. Honestly, this was sooo much better than Chuck’s. Claire is a 10/10 — absolute gem!!

There were 8 pax of us going to Shoeless Joe's (SJ) for a nice lengthy dinner and farewell/birthday celebration. The atmosphere at SJ is great as usual and food is good and varied. What stands out a bit more pleasant this time around is the service level of our server, Ms. Bailey.
She attended to our orders well and gave good suggestions on the menu that suited our appetite. Later, upon knowing that we are celebrating birthday on one of our friends, she went the extra mile to the kitchen to order a surprise birthday cookie with a yummilicous ice-cream top laced with chocolate caramel. We sang BD song to the BD boy, and everyone appreciated her kind gesture.
We left SJ with the indelible feeling of being very happy and satisfied with our dinner at SJ.
Thanks for the good experience, Bailey. You are an asset to SJ, and may you do well in all your future endeavours in life.

Restaurant was clean service was great and the food was amazing, the staff was friendly and helpful, there was a hockey game on and the atmosphere was very welcoming,I will definitely visit again

I always enjoy coming here as the atmosphere is always great, as is the value for what you get. While service was a little slow as we had a big party and the restaurant was super busy, the staff did their best to serve us.
