Shoeless Joe's Sports Grill

We had to ask for kids menus for our 4 kids and was given 1. Then they did not have markers for the kids to play the games on the menu. Food was not great and service was non existent. We had to go find servers for water and salsa. The appetizer was served with no plates and we had to ask for plates and napkins and utensils .

Tried out this location despite hearing not so great things about it… probably will not be back. Although server was friendly and attentive, the wings were so small, dry, and overcooked - just awful.

Came to Shoeless Joe's on Lansdowne for Dinner and drinks with friends. Place is nice and bright with lots of tvs. Staff here is friendly but since the place was pretty busy it took a long time to order and get service. The food was very average and it took very long to get but also we kept getting different beer from what we ordered which was odd. But overall it was ok, it was comfortable to meet up with friends but would not plan just for food.

Nothing like watching the waitress' rub thier boyfriends backs at the bar the whole time your sitting there trying to watch the tv and enjoy the atmosphere. Lame. Complete turn off you're on the job, some management team. Show your affection off the job not inviting.

Food was terrible. Stale fries, fish wish way too much bater and horribly overpriced.
Beer was good and lots of tvs. Just don’t expect anything decent in the cuisine department

Pay attention to your Bill !!!! The food was awful! Over cooked wings , under cooked burger. Service slow if it all .

The bill was NOT accurate ! Kids meals state $10.00 includes drink and side Does NOT state extra .99 for Milk . Just for refills ….. Manager argued with me and stated she “would let it go this time” again Nowhere is it stated milk is charged extra!

Its the principal , honestly between the food being awful and awful service, the extra .99 cents just added to the disappointment.

I came here for the first time last night and definitely will never return. To start off we waited at the door for probably 5 minutes for someone to come over and seat us, at that point I was already ready to leave and find somewhere else to eat for my birthday. We finally got seated, and waited probably 15 minutes for someone to come over and ask us what we wanted to drink, keep in mind the restaurant was almost empty with maybe 3 other tables in the whole establishment and it was 4:45pm. Then their pop machine was broken and everyone but 1 person ordered pop. Waited another 15 minutes to get our drinks. Thats 30 minutes since being seated to get a beverage. We should’ve just left but we chose to stay anyways… food was mediocre. I won’t ever return here unless I want to be disappointed

First thing we ordered was chicken wings and were told they had no chicken wings left. Then we ordered nachos, my wife has an allergy to garlic and onions so we ordered with no onions and hot peppers on the side. It came loaded in onions and covered with hot peppers. We then order a long island iced tea, the drink came and the drink was disgusting. We returned the drink and were told by the server that they ran out of components for the drink but served us the drink anyway. This just shows how serious some establishments care about people with food allergies. The server should have been asking if my wife needed anything to drink, but, nothing. Please be careful if you have an allergy and you eat here!!!!

Hockey game was way to loud to be enjoyable... 3/10 won't be back.
There are better places close by.

Orderd dinner form here got chicken strip meal and nachos was very disappointed in the serving size that we received got to shriveled up chicken fingers no bigger than my finger and also didn’t get any of the toppings or sauce that were supposed to come with it will not be ordering here again 0/5 stars

WORST FOOD EVER
Our quesadillas were soggy and had no taste, and had hardly anything in it. Basically it was Tortilla baked.
The spinach dip was RUNNY. LIKE SOUP with absolutely no cheese.
The nachos were cover with mostly cheese and, the cheese was cold and hard. Fries were soggy
I could go on
What the heck????

I'm soooo upset. It was supposed to be my husband's birthday dinner

Save your time and hard earned money and avoid this joint! Price for portion is wayyyy off ….Iv seen chicken nuggets bigger than these chicken “strips” LOL not to mention the chicken ceasar wrap with next to no chicken… if I wanted lettuce I’d just say so

Went there on a Saturday night (September 28th) around 7:20pm sat there for 25 minutes waiting to order a drink finally left at 7:45 because we still haven’t even had our drink order taken.
