Second time going to this location and definitely be the last. Went in on a Thursday night around 8:00. It wasn’t overly busy (but could’ve been short staffed). After being seated my boyfriend and I waited about 10 ish minutes to be talked to by our server. I’m a very understanding person so this didn’t originally bother me. After being greeted by our server, who came and left within seconds of speaking with us, we waited longer than needed for a beer and a water. When the waitress returned to take our orders, she proceeded to come and go super quick and “memorized” our food orders. We waited about 30-35 for a pasta dish and chicken wings. Which when our waitress brought out my chicken wings I ordered, she got the order wrong and brought me chicken tenders. Which in any other scenario I would have just taken them, but they did not look appealing at all. She apologized and fixed the order that I again had to wait longer for. She brought out the wings that were barely sauced. As I started eating the wings and counted them. I was served 9 wings when the menu specifically says 10 wings. After eating our meals separately, we asked the waitress for a discount of any kind for the situation and mentioned to her about missing a wing. She replies with “it’s 9-10 wings depending on the weight of the wings”. And told us there was nothing she could do for us. Which IS NOT clarified on the menu, IF this is true (attached image of menu). I am not typically the kind of person to leave places unhappy. It takes a lot to leave me displeased. However we will not be returning to this location. Our waitress was super nice but the service we received was just awful.

We stopped here for dinner last night and I was completely underwhelmed. The spinach artichoke dip we ordered was watery and lukewarm. I ordered a burger and specifically asked for it to be well done, it was pink in the centre, charred on the outside and the bacon on top was basically raw. Weirdly, the burger stunk and I think it was from a dirty grill, anyways, it was inedible and I would never eat here again.

Went there yesterday to celebrate 3 birthdays we they gave us a huge chocolate chip cookie served in a hot cast iron pan with syrup and ice cream..It was soooo good!! Thanks

Our waitress in the Austin Matthews jersey was awesomeWe ordered an appetizer, spicey chicken pieces and two of the favorite burger, the angry burger, lots of spices, toppings and fries.The appetizer was spicey and tasty.Unfortunately the first bite of the burgers revealed pink meat on the inside of the burger on both chunks of meat. Totally unacceptable for ground meat. There was no query when ordered as to how we wanted them cooked. They were sent back for two complete new burgers. Same result. Again, totally unacceptable.We paid our bill, took the takeout trays and brought them home to cook them fully before eating them later.May not revisit this restaurant for a while. At least not ordering a burger.

To Brett, (manager) Regrettably, my recent experience at Shoeless Joe's in Peterborough left much to be desired, thanks to the questionable conduct of the establishment's 45-year-old manager. His inappropriate conversations with both employees and customers created a disconcerting atmosphere, tarnishing what could have been an enjoyable visit. What was particularly unsettling was his peculiar discussions with very young employees - under 16, which understandably raised concerns among parents and patrons alike. Despite the manager being married, his behavior seemed to disregard the principles of professionalism and respect. Such conduct, unfortunately, detracted from the otherwise pleasant environment that Shoeless Joe's is known for. It's disheartening to see a local establishment falter due to the actions of its management, leaving customers questioning the commitment to maintaining a safe and welcoming space for the community.
The seats are so comfortable. The space is so comfortable.The Maple Peppercorn Burger is a 9/10. I had the taste many times in my life though. It's a taste that's always good but I need new things. The fries were unimpressive at (7/10). The server was regular & professional which is great. The seats though are so nice & the spacing of the restaurant is great. So colourful. Great TV's.

Waited 45 minutes for our dinner... The beef salad was very dry... Turns out they forgot the dressing, and they finally brought it and charged extra for it.After explaining they forgot it they finally removed it from our bill.

We enjoyed our food. The odd thing was they had CFL football all over the bar no matter where you were sitting. The hockey game was on and they only put the game on facing one end of the bar. If you wanted to watch hockey you could only do it facing one side of the bar. My brother needed to sit beside me at the table or one of us couldn't watch the game. There was a lot of room in the place and we were told a large group was coming. No large group actually arrived. We certainly could have been accommodated better.
