If I could leave a negative star review I would, went there the other night and got the chicken balls, halfway through my second realized it was raw, went back and was offered a to pick another item. I got food poisoning a day later as a result of the raw chicken.

Whenever I go in lansdowne, I always go to this place and order combo a with noodles. Now, happened few times chicken is dry and not cooked well. Moreover you are minimizing your quantity and increasing price. I am not gonna buy in future. Today November 26,2024. I bought same food for take out and it was 7pm so they had no veggies, that was fine I had only noodles and sesame chicken and paid 15 dollars but when I opened box at home there was very less quality, worth 7-8dollars. You will lose more customers if this will continue. I should have bought dinner from somewhere else. 0 star.

Mall is great good seating horrible customer service very rude expensive pricing they also give you a lot less food you got way more at malls and Toronto Oshawa Brampton also me is very dry lot of fat on it spring rolls were cold same as the egg rolls I had but a whole bunch of food for me and my boys been over a hundred some dollars got chicken and got other stuff rice was really dry same with noodles didn't put any fortune cookies in there because you have to buy them if I'm spending over $130 why should I have to spend more unfortunately I asked if they could make it all fresh because I'm buying it as Mains not the meal deals then it came out of the hot tray would have been nice if they made it all fresh also need to have a deal on spring rolls and egg rolls very expensive if you have a family how to buy them individually would not recommend coming here if it is very very dry noodles were dry rice was dry

Got food the other day the meat was dry as well as the noodles the from the fountain drink didn't taste right tried calling in number didn't work came in today to try to get a refund or another meal they did not give me my receipt I come here often and never ever give me a receipt she asked for the receipt I said I don't have it because you guys didn't give it to me and she's like I don't recognize you from yesterday how can you recognize someone from yesterday if you have a lot of customers this is unacceptable this is why you guys have two stars and nobody comes here anymore you just lost a good customer that comes here every other day like fat bastards I'm there every other day now you just lost one of your best customers because she asked for receipt and said she didn't remember me how can you remember someone if a lot of people come to the mall you guys don't give a receipt so it was literally a meal and a drink and you guys didn't want to give me a refund or give me another one that's how cheap you guys are like I said I would recommend avoiding the spot at all costs it's not worth it the food is garbage stuff is disrespectful never had an something like this happened where my food was wrong or didn't taste right and I didn't keep the food because that would be pointless and she asked for a receipt which never got one and then never give it out

Myself and spouse went to sizzling wok at the Petrborough mall. We ordered our food then presented our First Nations Band card. Only to be told that they don't recognize it or honor the Provincial rules pertaining to said card and regulations. So here we are talking to someone that doesn't speak the English language clearly, and is obviously an immigrant themselves. Talk about racism against a Canadian Native. It sure appears that way. Since they didn't recognize the status card we canceled our order which was already in our containers. I observed them returning said food back to the serving counter Will never attend another Sizzling walk again. Totally disappointed

Customer service has absolutely never been a problem but for years now any time we order here the pork is far overcooked & the chicken is almost wood-like in texture because of how disgustingly dry it is (the sauce doesn't even help its That Dry!) The food is not unbearable and we have no problem finishing the meals we order but its just not good, would advise choosing a different outlet or a different chinese place all together.

I really wanted to like this place. The staff are friendly and I have no complaints about how I am treated when I go here. Unfortunately, my problem lies with the food - I got very sick from the food here last time I went, yesterday. It was quite painful and awful. I am not sure if it's a cleanliness issue or what but unfortunately I can't return.
