So, first time getting food from this place. I ordered, then went to pick up. I should have known better. The place was filthy before I entered. Windows and front door so dirty you couldn't see through. Got my food home. Ribs were GREY. Why are beef ribs grey. Couldn't even TRY them. SO GROSS!. Fried rice smelled bad. Like gone bad! Will never go back. Hope this saves someone else from an experience this bad. It all went in the garbage.

Customer service is lacking. As in they completely ignore your messages about forgotten items in your order. All I needed was an “oops..we’re sorry” but just not replying is rude.
Very bland and flavorless dishes. Sauces were watered down. Spring rolls mushy. Sushi was rubbery. Used to be excellent.

Went there three times now. First time was bad, second bad. And just recently I thought, hey three times the charm. My girlfriend and I went there even tho we knew what we were in for. For anyone reading this do NOT waste your money on these people. The food is always either cold, stale, microwaved left overs, or filthy. I found a hair in the sesame chicken. The egg roles were cold in the middle. And the manager simply doesn’t Care even when told about it. Judging from all the reviews this place isn’t worth it. I spent a total of 30 bucks for my girlfriend and I to visit this establishment. You’re better off going to the hongkong which is way better in food variety and quality for the same price during lunch.

I personally love this place. The food is mediocre and is nothing really special. However the staff are great - I suggest heading over there around 5 pm when the food is freshly served - obviously a buffet. Relatively cheap.
