Currently sitting in the drive thru line for the last 14 mins, and it’s not moving. I also sat at the speaker for 2 of those minutes and had to say hello before anyone was there. I get being short staffed but this is next level.

Staff don’t help each other; bad customer service. Angela wasn’t very professional, very loud and only came to make sure sue was okay with an ingredient list to make a special drink. Didn’t help actually help her and was quite rude to her. She started yapping about how she was off the clock but not really bc brinks was there. Sue was alright, she just didn’t know how to create the drink I wanted to make. Whoever ended up making the drink order for me, he put the last drink in my order in a mobile order spot as I waiting and ended up waiting 10-15 mins more because he didn’t place it / call it properly. I was right beside them with a tray too. This is why I mobile order & sad to say I’m a regular too. Gonna start making my own drinks and go to another location for service from now on.

Won't be going here again. Watched through the drive thru window as the barista put wipped cream on my drink then reach to grab something and watched his gut go right into the whipped cream then he proceeded to put the lid on and hand it to me. Absolutely disgusted by this.

super sad about this, usually this starbucks is absolutely fabulous and the people are so kind and friendly, this cashier- Sue didn’t even greet us, didn’t tell us the total & literally turned her back away from us & was extremely rude when we saw that there wasn’t oat milk that was supposed to be in our drink. i understand that the drive thru is timed & they were busy, but just common courtesy is the bare minimum.

Sue & Abby just two stsff here at Starbucks are exceptional and extremely professional, friendly and absolutely Amazing! They make sure all is in order and organized at the front counter. Both a delight and shine like no other! Abby and Sue are keepers and I always look forward in coming in just to see their smiles!! They are also very intuitive and very empathetic towards others... Thanks for having such amazing staff who actually make this business as successful as what it is.. Come in and watch them and their staff interact with everyone, it's so fun just to watch and the outside patio is also really comfortable and relaxing to enjoy... I highly recommend this location 1000%

Been here a few times now and 90% of the time they are great but today I got a crazy amount of ice in my iced coffee.. 3/4 of the cup being ice seems Abit excessive especially when asking for no ice

Been going here for years usually staff are friendly, however there's an older lady working there now named Sue that i found quite rude and inpersonable. I will be going to the downtown location from now on theyre always friendly and accommodating. Wasnt fun to experience that on my birthday especially since I had mentioned it was because I mentioned the free drink wanting to make sure it scanned, however just told me I only get it if it scans correctly... like okay. She just had an over all bad vibe that I didn't appreciate.
