I’ve been going to this Starbucks pretty consistently for the last 5 years because they’re the best. The staff are always amazing and when I’m feeling indecisive always have the best suggestions. Today they made my day by upgrading my drink to the larger size for free. They definitely didn’t have to do that, but it was appreciated.

I went through the drive in. Only ordered 1 blonde coffee with cream it came with 2% milk. I ordered Chicken & Bacon Brioche, the girl suggested I may like the Turkey, Provolone & Pesto. I got the order it had a sticker on it Turkey bacon sdw. Was the most unappetizing sandwich I have ever seen, I called no apologies, just come in and we will replace or give refund. That does not help me now as this was to be my lunch and I can not just get up and leave. Geez would and apology be out of the question. What a WASTE OF MONEY. Don't think I will be going back.

Yesterday morning (June 24), was a very stressful day personally… I was not only moving my residence after loosing my spouse of 30 plus years, but I was changing cities after living in Toronto for 50 years. Being a senior even compounded the situation.
At around 7:00 that morning, I stopped by to get some coffees for me and my helpers. “Bipin” was the first person I spoke to and saw that day. He took my order via intercom at the Drive Thru and was all smiles, genuinely happy to see me and make me a satisfied customer. He brightened my day and relived the stress that overtook my psychy. Wow, he had a calmness about him… made me feel like I was the most important person of the moment. And, service was fast and good.
The Manager of the store should also be commended for making an excellent hiring decision.
Excellent customer service ? The coffee is warm, would be great if it is hot coffee Still I love Starbuck ?

Service was very friendly.The Cheese Danish was 10/10. The Lemon Loaf is a 9/10. The Passionfruit Tea was a 10/10 in terms of flavour but they put too much ice, WAY TOO MUCH ICE. That's not fair.
