super sad about this, usually this starbucks is absolutely fabulous and the people are so kind and friendly, this cashier- Sue didn’t even greet us, didn’t tell us the total & literally turned her back away from us & was extremely rude when we saw that there wasn’t oat milk that was supposed to be in our drink. i understand that the drive thru is timed & they were busy, but just common courtesy is the bare minimum.

Sue & Abby just two stsff here at Starbucks are exceptional and extremely professional, friendly and absolutely Amazing! They make sure all is in order and organized at the front counter. Both a delight and shine like no other! Abby and Sue are keepers and I always look forward in coming in just to see their smiles!! They are also very intuitive and very empathetic towards others... Thanks for having such amazing staff who actually make this business as successful as what it is.. Come in and watch them and their staff interact with everyone, it's so fun just to watch and the outside patio is also really comfortable and relaxing to enjoy... I highly recommend this location 1000%

Been here a few times now and 90% of the time they are great but today I got a crazy amount of ice in my iced coffee.. 3/4 of the cup being ice seems Abit excessive especially when asking for no ice

Been going here for years usually staff are friendly, however there's an older lady working there now named Sue that i found quite rude and inpersonable. I will be going to the downtown location from now on theyre always friendly and accommodating. Wasnt fun to experience that on my birthday especially since I had mentioned it was because I mentioned the free drink wanting to make sure it scanned, however just told me I only get it if it scans correctly... like okay. She just had an over all bad vibe that I didn't appreciate.

Worst Starbucks experience ever! Won't be going back to this location if I can help it.
Ordered a Venti de-cafe Americano no ice and asked for a Trenta cup full of ice ( which I do everytime with no issues ) I was told no I couldn't have the Trenta cup of ice I could only have a tall cup of ice, I explained that I have always had this order with no issues. I was informed it was a new policy from a few months ago, I have had purchased this order many, many times with no issues. The cashier agreed to give me the Trenta of ice ( advised me she was doing me a favour ), when the Americano arrived instead of being cold they served it to me warm. Come on people! Never had a warm Americano served to me, was this their punishment for ordering a cup of ice?
Worst of warning go to any other location for good customer service.

In general I like Starbucks coffee, but I have consistently found that this location gives watery, poorly made drinks that you wait forever for. For the price you pay for a drink here, go elsewhere. The chemong location is better, and both suck compared to a seemingly any GTA location.

The older lady that works here is very rude. I will not be returning to this store , and would suggest others to do the same , 8 ppl working and have to wait 20 minutes for a mobile order that was ordered at least 10 minutes before I got there. I'm sorry but waiting a half hour total for 2 drinks is unacceptable

Visited this Starbucks this afternoon, and unfortunately, the service was much slower than expected. When we arrived we were the only customers in the store. 3-4 more customers arrived while we were waiting. Despite having more workers than customers, our order of five drinks took over 25 minutes, and one of them was made incorrectly.

While waiting, I couldn’t help but notice that the staff—who all seemed quite young—were more focused on chatting among themselves about things like who was giving who a ride home rather than making drinks. It felt like there was a lack of leadership to keep things on track. A bit more supervision or guidance from an experienced manager is sorely needed.

I hope they can fix their service and Make Starbucks Great Again!
