always busy yet pretty fast service considering how busy they are. staff is super friendly and accommodating. one of the baristas even aerated a cup of hot water that I ordered, which I was very impressed and amused by.

I'm consistently frustrated with this Starbucks. The lines are always long, and they even make you wait in line just to get hot water when you bring your own thermos. Also, their cup discount seems more like a pretence than a real benefit.

I just came back from their store and oh my god why was my iced matcha so bitter? A previous time they made my chai 80% milk... I'm already paying almost $10 for my drink and they can't even bother making it well? However, I gave extra stars because the cashiers are always kind and nice.

45 minutes for 3 drinks to be made. all arrived separately. My family had finished and were back in the car before final drink arrived.
